Several large tendrils sit atop its head, just above its narrow, curved ears. Several small fan-like skin and bone structures runs down the sides of each of its jaw lines.
Its nose is pointy and has two wide, curved nostrils and there are small horns on its chin. Four large teeth poke out from the side of its mouth and give a slight hint at the terror hiding inside.
A thin neck runs down from its head and into a colossal body. The top is covered in stone-like scales and a row of tendrils runs down its spine.
Its bottom is covered in narrow scales and is colored much lighter than the rest of its body. Four powerful limbs carry its body and allow the creature to stand proud and graceful. Each limb has 6 digits, each of which end in keen talons seemingly made of onyx.
Giant wings grow starting from just below its shoulders and end just passed its shoulder blades. The wings are somewhat triangular, the skin of the wings seems to glow as if made from fire itself and sharp hooks grow from the endings of each bone.
Its massive tail ends in a gentle point and is covered in the same stone-like scales as its body.

Appearance (human): Safiya is on the shorter side of average, standing roughly 5'6". She is relatively well built with muscle and curves from training and war, however she still keeps a lithe slenderness and grace like a classical dancer. Her hair is a deep black, and the waves reach her lower back. Hee skin is a honey tan and she has a remarkable shade of blue-grey to her siren-like eyes However, despite being pretty, she does have her rough features. With her dark clothing, black per the standard of many dragons, she has the look of a wraith, deadly efficient and scary.

Appearance (dragon): Her dragon's scales are the color of dark, stormy skies. The scales are thick, heavy, and make for an excellent armor on the top yet leave her underbelly somewhat uncovered when they get thin and soft. She has an elegant, short body with a long, slender neck, like a snake. She has long, thin limbs and sharp claws. Her head is narrow, and her eyes are slotted and sharp, and they remain blue-grey. Although slender, her entire frame is large and tall, roughly the size of a large truck or small house. She has curved horns adorning her head, two that point towards her back or upward depending on where she looks, and another pair just below that frames her jaw and face.

Personality: Safiya prides herself on being fierce and strong, she isn't one you can push over. She's loyal and lethal, skilled on the field of battle and beyond. Organize, determined, and book smart, she tends to overthink a lot of her problems and makes it more complicated than it needs to be. However, despite her ferocious look, she is actually quite kind. Outside of battle or leading or whatever other work or task she has, Ssgiya is kind hearted and gentle. She always had a soft-spoken voice that is surprisingly calming and she has more wisdom than a person her age should which makes her great for advice. Although chilly at first, Safiya can quickly warm up to people and be the average perky personality of others her age.
