• Two Twelve Stall Barns with Spacious stalls equipped with a small optional turnout, Each barn has a small/medium size tack room inside it with enough space to hold twelve horses worth of tack on either the hook/racks or inside the numbered (1-12) lockers along with the shelving for feed/suppliments.
• The Furthest Stall on Each Side of Barn A are Larger to accomodate Foaling Mares or a Mare with a Foal and have a larger turnout area.
• 1 Stall bedding and manure disposal area is just behind the barns.
• 3 Pastures, Pasture 1 and 2 are larger than the third pasture but each pasture has strong fencing that was re-done last year with a fresh coat of white paint on them, each pasture is also equipped with a long water trough and a round bale holder.

• There is a Second Gate aside from the Entrance that leads to a tranquil little trail path, it's surrounded by trees that shade you from the biting sun and even goes by a lake thats safe and shallow enough for horse and rider to take a dip in. The trail then has an option to loop back around onto the same path back or continue further a shortcut into a small town nearby.
• 1 Large Round Pen, perfect for pre ride lunges or ground work as its equipped with a mounting block instead of using the fence or your friends hand to boost up. (theres also a mounting block outside the gate to the trail path)
• 1 Medium sized Outdoor Arena, the arena is supplied with ground poles and some jumps. There are more jumps available stored on the ground outside the arena
• 1 Large Parking Area, with a few car bays it also has one large bay for horse floats/trailers. It is allowed to park horse floats/trailers just outside the parking area on the grass but cars are to remain parked on the gravel
• Main House, this is where the Boarding Lady lives near the front entrance, if tack rooms are too full she is happy to put extra items in her storage room and she has two spare bedrooms in the case someone might need to stay over night (expected to foal mare/colicking or sick horse).

Personality; Eclipse is a sociable horse unlike his owner, he can be quite mischievous sometimes which usually ends up with him being hard to catch in the pasture. His last owner didn't really do much with him as he was just left alone in the pasture which the stallion became quite hard to catch. His last owner had enough and put him up for sale, not caring of who bought him. Heather came across the ad on a horse sale page and he was later sold to the woman who didn't know that his old owner told her that he was a gelding until the vet check but his new owner decided to not geld him.

She has no indications of any markings on her except for her dapples. The mare stands at 16.3hhs while weighing around 1,300 pounds. Etria has a robust, heavy build which is common in this breed.

Personality; Etria is quite intelligent as she picks up on things a lot, making her a quick learner. The mare is quite sensitive to some certain things but she's relatively responsive at most, making the equine a bit manageable to handle to ride. The Rose Dapple Grey can be a very sweet mare unless she's in season then the mare is overall moody. Even though this breed is known to be brave, even brave horses have their spooky moments. Etria will have her days where she isn't afraid of anything and other days where she'll spook from a moving plastic bag. Etria tends to be quite an obedient equine as this trait runs deep in her breed's roots since she tends to listen to her rider.

History; Etria was born in a facility in Portugal, there were an overwhelming number of studs as she was the only few mares in her birth place. As the mare got older, she wasn't equally as cared for like the stallions. The mare always had food and water and groomed but she was rarely let out in the fields, let alone handled. She was started under saddle at a young age, one of the staff thought it was a good idea to start riding her immediately which felt all to fast, ending up with the person meeting the ground. She was then sold to another facility in the state but like her birth home, she was usually forgotten in her stall. She was then bought at the age of 3 or 4 by a young woman that was from America that was with another person who was also buying a horse. She was shipped over seas and ever since then. The mare has been loving her new life with her next door pasture mate.

Her nose and legs fade into a golden brown which glows in the sunlight. Her mane and tail are a smokey black and around her nose the skin is grey. She has golden- hazel eyes. Her tail is cut by her haunches and her mane is short. All four of her fetlocks have coronets.

Personality; Meteor is quite a mare. She has a bit of a bucking issue and she can be hard to catch in the fields. Once on the same track as you she is very responsive and listens well. She has a knack for showjumping and bridless cross country. Dispite her age she is very active and is doubted to be retiring anytime soon. She has a large liking for strawberries and is always looking for treats, she can be quite energetic in the pastures and probably is set on feeding every vet in the state.

History; Meteor lived on a breeding farm for a year until she was imported to Canada where she was backed and used for plowing and farming. Her owner abused her heavily with the bit and when she wasn't working she was in a small container. Age 7 she was finaly rescued by the authoraties and sold to a liberty worker where she was rehubilitated. Later she was imported to Australia, age 10 and sold to Chloe where she's been with for nearly 8 years. The two have a close friendship and have gone to many shows together.
