Background RV 15. Rhabdovirus. Rabies. The disease that destroyed humanity had many names, but the animals called it the Red Fever. They said it was a mutation of the rabies virus. It’s swift spread among humans had scientists baffled and governments ill-prepared to help slow the infection. Once infected a person would experience a red rash, fever, delirium, and finally paralysis. Death was guaranteed within 14 days of symptom onset. It has been over a year since the last human was seen and animals normally only seen in the wilderness can be found wandering the paved roads of empty cities. Pets that once relied on their owners for food and water must now find the wild animal within themselves to survive. But, diseases evolve and a new mutation has begun to slowly infect the animals. RULES 1) All HEE rules apply! 2) Maximum amount of 2 characters per person 3) No severely injuring and killing another roleplayer without their permission 4) Please try and post at least once a week! If you are going away or have other time constraints please let me know. 5) Please try and write at least 80 words per each post you make. Add detail and make it exciting! Absolutely no one line posts. 6) This is a realistic roleplay which means no magic =) 7) Try and interact with multiple participants! This is not a 1x1 roleplay and should be treated as such. 8) I will occasionally insert events to move the roleplay forward such as bad weather changes, the presense of an infected animal, or even a possible brief sighting of a human?! You may respond to these events however you want, but please do not add them yourself! If too many people add them it creates too much chaos. 9) Last but not least... your character must be a dog or wolf. I am not sure how I feel about other canines like foxes and coyotes being in the RP since they are usually loners so PM me if that interests you before creating the character. |

Keep in mind this was her human family, Destiny has never known her milk giver or sire. Sooner or later, her humans house collapsed and she started living on the streets. Destiny is always moving, never staying in one place too long. Name: Zodiac Age: 5 Gender: Female Sexuality: Straight Appearance: Zodiac (Full Credit Goes To Maria mar Collie on Deviant Art!!) She stands around 19 inches and weighs around 40 pounds. She has a small and lean build easy for her to be agile and quick. She has a few scraps on her legs from running around in the forest and a scar across her muzzle from trying to escape a bear. Brief backstory (optional): Zodiac lived on a farm house with a nice man. They were both working out in the cattle pasture one day when he kneeled over in pain. He had contracted Red Fever from the cattle, Zodiac knew it would be no good. Unfortunetely he died a few weeks later leaving Zodiac alone. She couldn't handle the cattle aloen once they became aggressive, so she ran away through the forest and towards the city to find another way to survive. Personality: Zodiac is a very high energy dog and is always running around somewhere. She is a great scout dog as she is able to look out for danger and report it back to anyone else or escape from danger if it gets super close. She is a very loyal dog to the ones she likes but to the ones she doesn't like she can be very cold hearted. She is very protective of herself which means she won't let anyone put her down or try to put her in her place. Zodiacs bark is definitely bigger than her bite Crush: N/A |
