Right now I am just going to do as I am told and let them handle the stuff I am not allowed to do anymore. See how much longer it takes them and what doesn't get done. Let them see I am not the issue.

Realistically, I just don't think some people want others there, was more my point. And will constantly bend and morph rules to try and make you miserable.

Del,
Well, she was whiny in general, too. I was too small to pick up a german shepherd safely and refused, suddenly it was passed off as "refusing work."

Amongst other things.

One time she snapped at me for "snarking" at her when I said, in a polite tone, "alright, I understand" to something she explained.

Versa,

Thats such an odd reason to fire someone lol

If thats truly how it is there, then I would start looking for a new position. Working in an environment where you have to constantly second guess yourself is stressful. Not good for the mental :)

My prior internship I got "fired" from. Why? An older lady who was overseeing me and all of my daily activities dropped a can of treats on the floor. She looked really in pain when she bent over to pick them up, so I offered to help.

She looked like I just screamed an insult at her...

But like I said there is always two workers and we do it all together. The main person I work with and do everything with is the Manager, which is the owners second in command

Sometimes people will explain how to do something one way but actually complete the task another. We dont always completely verbalize our process. There might be some unspoken rules that are at play here that you can only see if you shadow the task. Im sure this is frustrating.

Yep. That is one of the main reasons I left my last job. I worked there for almost 6 years and did everything the same way all those years which is the way I was taught and told by the owner. Then suddenly everything I was doing was wrong.

I would ask to shadow the owner or a coworker again for those tasks. Maybe a step in the task is escaping you and you don’t even realize it.

Well, the owner can't have it both ways. They can't train their employees one way, and do the same thing a different way. It's just gonna confuse, and piss off said workers. They get paid to do what they're trained to do.

You're just a 'worker bee'.
Do what you're told, regardless of how you were trained.

Is the owner the type is person where they need to do things themselves in order for it to feel like it was done right? The issue could have nothing to do with you personally. Are there other workers there you could ask to see if there is something that you might be missing?

Roleplay Post
This is a semi-realistic romance roleplay between members of a herd outside of a pen, and inside of a pen. On some land, there's a fenced in area, with stables in the corner that horses are expected to sleep in at night, and an off section of the pen with it's own corners. The pen is not completely rectangular with uneven angles, and places where acts can be hidden within from the grazing horses. Canines have learned to farm them and keep them outside. A herd that lives nearby, but not inside the pen, aren't all strangers to the horses inside, and they have eventually confirmed that indeed, the horses inside are in danger. Horses from outside the pen, and inside the pen like each other, but will both make it alive?

Rules:

• Respect the rules.
• Do not cuss.
• Read about the plot before submitting a character form.
• Keep any pairings between male and female.
• No unrealistic hybrids.
• Actually participate in the roleplay, if you are gone for awhile, beforehand please make adjustments, which for example could be having someone else write for your character for a time with a list of how they act, which can be editted in the roleplay later after your return.

There is a fenced in paddock where horses are kept, and really meant to stay there by almost all manner of canine. Humans built the structure long ago and put horses in it, but abandoned the idea and left. Wild canines noticed this and figured out that they don't have to waste so much energy hunting horses out in the open, when all they have to do is get one in an enclosed area and have their whole pack set. This has been taught and passed down to many of the pups they have, if any at all. They're hunting skills may have gotten more dull now, but they seem to generally be safer now, and food is about guaranteed. The dogs, jackals, coyotes, wolfdogs, wolves, etc.. all in the group, farm the horses and have learned to prevent them from leaving. The pen is located out in the wild, not near any towns nor cities. There's bushes, grass, and some trees here and there, but lots and lots of space. In some places it's more foresty than others. But around the pen there's slight rolling hills, and some bushes about, with trees not too close to each other. A herd of horses, with a stallion that banded them all together, but doesn't have any foals of his own, is more of the leader of the group, since his herdmembers tend to stay by him. Thus, they live near the pen. Many of the horses in the herd outside of the pen, have a romantic interest within the pen. With less pairings exclusively within the groups. There may be a few foals in both horse groups, but their parents are exclusively within the group they're stuck in, until any escape, or break in. And it's the herd outside of the pen that finds out for certain first, that the horses inside the pen are indeed being killed, which the canine group hides from the horses inside. But the horses outside of the pen, well who cares if they see the hunt or not, so the canines didn't keep it as hidden from them? Will they help them escape over time, and endanger their lives? Will any of the penned horses make it out alive, despite canines circling about the border, ready at any moment to call upon a whole group of canines well rested and ready to quickly outnumber and bring down a runaway horse?
And little do they know, they're leader is actually a foal of a parent both from the pens, and the other from the wilds. The leader doesn't know much about this himself, as he was put out of the pens at a young age. This also helps to explain why the herd tended to be around the pen so much, as opposed to avoiding it altogether, like many wild horse herds out there seem to tend to do. The lead stallion actually doesn't have a romantic interest yet.

Group would be whether the character is one of the horses inside the pen, one of the horses in the herd outside of the pen, a canine in the canine group, or an animal somewhere else.
