'Dragons are near.'

That's what the archeway over the entrance says. But most just call it 'the School'. Reserved usually for those with money, the School is for exeptional students, who, once arriving, witth be bonded with a dragon and taught in all the things neccesary to care for, and live with said Dragon.

The Dragon Riders and dragons are usually used in the military. Brought out by the King and Queen to strike fear into enemies, not that they had many anymore. Other than that, they Riders were often hiden away in the School, away from prying eyes, and people who would rather the Riders not exist.

But now they were recruting kids. Not just those that were wealthy, but those that held potential. And now that the most recent batch of eggs have hatched, it's time for the kids to move into the School.

The draagons very in size, but once they are fully grown most are on the upward of 20 feet. They tend to grow quickly as hatchlings, reaching the size of a large horse in a matter of weeks The growing slows slightly after that.

The school is large, and span three stories. The Dragons nests and food is on the top floor. There is an elevator or a few flights of stairs to reach the top floor.

The seconds floor is for the dormitories for students, as well as teachers. They try to place you under the nest of the dragon you're bonded with. Most rooms have their own bathroom, though some are joined by the bathroom. If you don't prefer this, then let the principle know.

The last floor is all the classes about how to take care of a Dragon, such as medical training for a giant scaly lizard.

There is a huge courtyard on the back side of the School, that was large almost 20 foot walls. It's to keep people from trying to spy, but it doesn't always work out that way. The teachers, after teaching the students how to get on, and rise their Dragon without causing the Dragon discomfort or the human discomfort, usually ride out to a deserted plane to do some training there

Athena is a lightining/storm dragon. Her powers revolve around clouds and rain. Sh can conjure storms, as well as summon lightning. She cannot maintain either of these, and Atlas and her are working on the stamina. She can also shange the tempeture of the rain from hot to freezing cold.
