Zahra ---x--- Winter Age of darkness ---x--- Zahra was utterly confused when a little black dragon charged into her house, talked to Nol, and then they were both gone. Zahra stood in her dirty little hut for a minute or so, before going outside and aroundthe house, where she found Nav hiding in a woodpile. 'There you are! Do you think we should follow them?' 'Maybe. Do you have a horse?' 'Yes. She's tied up over there.' Zahra said, pointing to where a beautiful dapple grey mare was loosely tied to a tree. 'Let's go.' 'Wait! Can you fly yet?' 'Can I fly yet? I just hatched! I haven't even had time to practice!' 'Of course. Sorry about that. Rose shouldn't be scared of you. She's hardly scared of anything.' 'Is Rose your horse?' Nav asked, looking over at the tree where she was tied. "Yep. Come on." Zahra said, then, remembering that she should probably say it in her head, repeated it to Nav. Zahra nimbly hooped on Rose, and untied her from the tree. Nav followed her on, and they were both glad to see that Rose didn't care in the slightest. They took off at a slow canter, winding through the trees and following Nol and the other human. They slowed to a walk as they happened opon them a few minutes later. "Nol! I'm here, by the way." Zahra said, then looked at the other person. "Who are you?" She asked. |

Nol jumped with suprise as he realised something, 'do you think he is a rider too?" Nol pushed his thoughts towards Zahra, hoping it worked. |

After it spoke, she realized it must've been Nol. She focused her thoughts on him, while waiting for an answer from the other rider. 'No idea. Maybe. I mean, he has a dragon, doesn't he? But aren't tehre enough of us already?' |
