Choi Marquise 16 | 1st Year | Horse: Gargoyle's Landmark aka. Garg | Show Jumping, Eventing, & Dressage. §§ Getting the trailer's door open, was a pain in the ass, as Gargoyle didn't like tight spaces, especially ones that move. "Right, get him out, let him eat some fresh grass and then put him in his stall." Choi leads Garg out, and lets him stretch his neck and legs. After petting Garg's nose, she gives him a treat, and while he mucnhes VERY loudly, Mar checks her timetable.. "Jumping.. Right, right, better than doing dressage first things first... Free time.. Luch.. Cross Country - Garg's favourite! Trail... Free time.. Dressage - he'll be warmed up by then.. Dinner and lights out, not bad" Mar goes to the closest tree and ties Garg to it, so she can check where his stall is. She walks over to the check in, and gets her dorm key and the assigned stall - Barn 2, stall 13. "Gargoyle doesn't like to be with no blanket, he feels warmer, ill let him rest and later bring his tack, grooming equipment and food. His SPECIAL food" Mar leads Garg to his stall, and puts him inisde it, lcking the door and standing there for a few minutes, just looking at him. She, then, decides to go back to her trailer, to grab all her tack. She checks through her tackroom in the trailer - saddle, saddle pad, hallf pad, fly hood, boots, girth, bridle, halter.. "Everything's here.. Right? WHERE"S HIS BLANKET?"

James Summer ☫ 1st Year | 16 | M | Vivian II | Polo & Equatation ☫ Jamie had been waiting for about 2 weeks now for Vivian to be let out of quarentine. Him and his mare had flown in from Argentina 2 weeks ago to attend IEEC, a prestigeous equestrian academy. He was currently parked outside of the quarentine area, waiting to pick up Vivian. Luckily the drive from the airport to IEEC was only an hour long. Checking his watch Jamie hopped out of the car and moved around to open the trailer ramp. Vivian should be brought out in about 5 minutes now, fully geared up for travel. As if on cue comes Vivian led by one of the grooms. She was in her red Spring Cup winner blanket, black shipping boots and a fleece leather halter. "Hey!" Jamie took the leadrope from the groom, giving Vivian a large hug. She skidded on the pavement, snorting loudly and eyeing the trailer with wide eyes. The groom gave Jamie a nod, "She's looking all good, just anxious to leave." Jamie smiled back, turning Vivian in a circle and leading her up to the trailer. She sidestepped away from the ramp, her tail flicking nervously. "Hey, you're fine. Its fine." Eventually he got her in and latched the door closed.

Elizabeth Foreest | 16 | Year 1 | Horse(s): Flash of an Empire (Arrow) | Showjumping, Eventing, Cross Country Elizabeth and Arrow had already flown into the UK a week ago. They'd booked a luxurious inn nearby IEEC where they could also stable Arrow, so she could get used to the little time difference between the UK and Belgium. It was the morning of introduction day, and though Eli had set an early alarm, she always slept through it. At 7 am she finally pulled herself out of bed before quickly dressing in the clothes she had prepared yesterday. She silently walked downstairs, greeted the hostess with a shy nod and headed out to the stables. "Hi girlie!", she greeted Arrow, while scratching under the excited mare's chin. "Let's get you some food, alright?" The bay mare snorted happily while nodding her head up and down. Eli grinned. Arrow always made her day better and today was no exception, all her tiredness immediately gone. Eli grabbed a bucket, filled it with Arrow's mash and sprayed the mash with a water hose until it was slobbery. Arrow could not contain her excitement, so when she opened the stable's door, she let Arrow take a few bites before letting the mash slide down in the stable's feeding trough. Eli had made sure to bring a few big sacks of Arrow's mash, but if she ran out of it, her parents would ship some to the UK, so it was no problem. After Eli, her parents and Arrow had all eaten their breakfast, Eli loaded Arrow excitedly into the trailer they'd borrowed from the inn, where she'd also already put all her stuff yesterday. "Let's go!", she said to her parents, pulling them to the horse box. Her parents grinned back, and together they started the quick 20-minutes drive to IEEC.

Hugo Cavendish | 19 | Second Year | Casanova VDL (Romeo) | Schedule: Eventing, Show Jumping, Dressage | Hugo and Romeo headed out of the barn and to the nearest grass verge, stud chain jingling softly under the gelding's chin. While he wasn't a stallion anymore, Romeo could certainly have his moments (particularly when there was, god forbid, a bird minding it's own business in the hedge). While Romeo got himself reaccquainted with the lush green stalks, a quiet buzz eminated from Hugo's pocket. His face tightening, he shifted the leadrope into his left hand and slipped the phone out of his pocket. 'Mother'. Excellent. "Hi, mum," he answered the call in a somewhat clipped tone. "Hugo, darling, I've left you 2 voicemails already! Are you already at Imperial? Was the drive quite alright? Your father and I--" Hugo pinched the bridge of his nose, phone tucked between his shoulder and ear as his mother wittered down the phone. Beatrice Cavendish was, by nature, a fussy woman. There was always some drama, one of the reasons that returning to IEEC was such a breath of fresh year. "Yes--Mum, I'm fine," He cut her off, trying his utmost to keep his tone level. "I arrived half an hour ago, Romeo's settled, I'm just-- No, I'm just busy. Orientation, you know?" He paused as his mother started to speak again. "Look, I've got a lot to do-- yes, of course I'll call. Mhm, you too." He hung up and let go of a breath he wasn't even aware he was holding. It wasn't that he was trying to be ungrateful, although he knew how it must look to an outside party. Pocketing his phone, he took the now somewhat creased schedule back out to refamiliarise himself with it once again. Of course, life at IEEC would be much the same as last year, just with an infusion of new blood in the form of the first years he could see filing in from the car park. Scratching absentmindedly at his gelding's withers, he scoffed quietly as he glanced down to see Romeo wiring into the grass below, barely coming up for air.

Ugh....time for horse riding already? Celina got up and sleepily stumbled into the kitchen to make herself breakfast; the sound of horses whinnying on her acerage woke her up, sighing deeply. "Better get Smokey, he must be pumped up!" She smiled, hopping into her Colorado with the trailer linked up, grabbed Smokey from the paddock and headed down the road to her Riding school. First, she groomed Smokey as she was excited.

Annilyn Carter| Age 16, year 1| Fancy Annilyn led Fancy out of the polo ring. She had gotten in a good practice, also doing some western to keep herself fresh with both. She met Melissa, who was her roomate on the way back to the barn. "Hey, Melissa! How's it doing?" she asked the girl. Melissa was year two, so she was four years older than Annilyn, as Annilyn was sixteen and Melissa was twenty. ~ Rosalie Martise| Age 18, year 2| Goldie ~ Rosalie was excited; her new roomate was arriving today. The girl's name was Elizabeth Foreest, and she was only a year and a half younger than Rosalie. Rosalie was very glad; she was tired of being alone in her room and was excited for the new arrival. When a trailer with a bay mare about the same size as Rosalie's own horse, Golden Sands, arrived, Rosalie knew this was Elizabeth.
