To start us off. - ⋆.˚ Ellias hooves the ground, huffing ⊹ ࣪ ˖ ``Riv, you know its dangerous outside the border!`` ⋆.˚ Ellias nears in front of his little brother, huffing and hooving the grass constantly ⊹ ࣪ ˖ ``You have no idea how reckless that was, do you?!`` --- ------ --- ༄.° Rivor huffs softly, his chest shaking as he does so. °.༄ ``Do I look like I care, Eli?`` ༄.° He lifts his cranuim off of the grassy ground and stands up at his full height. He turns away from his older brother, his tail flicks. He sprints off, leaving his brother in dust. °.༄ --- ------ --- ⋆.˚ Ellias watches as Rivor gallops away, leaving him in the dust ⊹ ࣪ ˖ ``He is going to get himself killed one day or another..`` --- ------ --- ༄.° Meanwhile, Rivor finally comes to a soft halt. His body stilling for a moment as he lowers his head and drinks from the lake of the large and beautiful waterfall. His tongue laps gently at the surface, his tail flicks once more out of content. °.༄ ༄.° He remained by The Falls for a good few hours, his body was needing rest and sleep but his brain, heart, and eyes kept him awake. Rivor laid there, under the sunset, looking up at the sky. Waiting, listening. Waiting, for a new adventure. Listening, for predators. Or most likely, other horses that may or may not have been near by. °.༄ |

⚘ ¤ lucifer was walking about the shallowhooves herd. everything seemed fine, an ordinary day. that was until lucifer noticed a band of horses in the distance. another herd? maybe. but they were deep in their territory where they were grazing now. so why would another herd be here? lucifer made a mental note to keep an eye on the strange group of horses. ¤ ⚘ -—-—- ⚘ ¤ Lucifer was going around the members of his herd. he weaved silently between horses not bothering anyone, until he noticed... he was a horse down. someone was missing. Lucifer went up on a small hill to look over the herd he scaned over them not once but twice. He couldn't name the horse that had gone missing. He mentioned to one of the trusted mares he'd be stepping out for a bit and went on a search. ¤ ⚘ -—-—- ⚘ ¤ Lucifer cantered forward. He'd searched everywhere within a five hundred meter radius of the herd. He then decided to search further checking the west boarder of his territory. Still no sign of who could've gone missing. He then walked to the place all the herds territory's met. The waterfall. But when he arrived he saw someone there. ¤ ⚘ -—-—- ⚘ ¤ lucifer approached with caution. Though lucifer was known for his coldness he made sure not to look like a threat and approached carefully. "who may you be?" He asked keeping his voice supprisingly hostile. Not even lucifer himself remembered that he could be this hostile with a strange horse. Something about this new stallion intrigued him. But lucifer knew he shouldn't stay long. After all he had a horse to find. ¤ ⚘ |

``When will he learn...`` ⋆.˚ Ellias sighed, feeling defeated in the earlier agrument with his younger brother. He decided to go on a short run, staying in the Rouge Territory grounds. After the run, he went back and began grazing the fresh rained grass. His tail flicks softly behind his rear. His mane fluttering slightly in the wind, the tips of it touch the grass. ⊹ ࣪ ˖ --- ------ --- ༄.° Meanwhile, Rivor continued laying on the grass near the waterfall. His ear flicks and within an instant, he's standing in the diraction of the noise. He neighs softly to the other stallion. ``Damn.`` he thinks. He hooves the ground, refusing to answer to the other stallion. °.༄ --- ------ --- ༄.° Thinking they may have just been a member from one of the other herds instead of thinking he was the leader of one. After seeing the stallion wouldn't leave until Rivor gave his name, he sighed and gave in. He kept his voice low and quiet. °.༄ ``Rivor.`` ༄.° He didn't care to ask about the other stallion's name, seeming uninterested. He begins to walk off, his long tail fluttering gently behind him. °.༄ |

⚘ ¤ Lucifer watched the stallion till he told his name. Rivor, the name circled Lucifers mind. He didnt have a herd member called rivor. "Your not my missing horse then" he muttered to himself before continuing to walk along the boarder. As he walked off his tail sawayed slightly with his movements. ¤ ⚘ -—-—- ⚘ ¤ Lucifer continued the boarder looking for this missing horse. Part of him hated the fact he had to look for someone who had been dumb enough to wander off, but another part of him was greatful to get away from the herd. Another part, the part he tried to burry so deep it died, was worried about the missing horse. Who was it? Why did they wander off? What could they posibly be doing? As Lucifer continued along his mind wandered ⚘ ¤ -—-—- ⚘ ¤ Lucifer found himself thinking about that stallion hed just met at the waterfall. "Rivor" he muttered to himself. as if testing the name. who could Rivor posible be? why was he at the waterfall? Lucifer had so many questions and not a single answer. ⚘ ¤ -—-—- ⚘ ¤ Before he knew it Lucifer was doubling back on himself. Heading back to the waterfall. He just couldnt get that stallion out of his head. he wanted- no needed to know who Rivor was. What if he had something to do with the missing horse? Lucifer shook his head as the cursed though popped up into his head. Thats just the past talking Lucifer, get out of your own head. But it wasnt completly unwarrented, no. Lucifer had learnt the hard way that even those you trust the most could hurt you and stab you in the back. ⚘ ¤ |

| Pigeon stayed close to Rivor, noting the stallion who seemed to be annoying Rivor. "Who is that?" She asked him, but went silent when she saw that Rivor looked annoyed and not in the mood to talk to her. She stopped following Rivor and turned to the random stallion. She then walked up to the stallion and said, "Might I ask who you are?" emphasizing the "you". |
| Pigeon waited for a response for a while, and while she waited, she lowered her maw to the grass and took tiny chunks of it. "Would it help if I invited you to eat with me?" she snickered. She swished her tail at the flies that were surrounding her body. "I'll take that as a no," she muttered before speaking louder, "If you don't answer, you should leave!" She exclaimed before grazing more|
| She started to walk away before turning back and continuing to wait for his response. "It seems you are busy with finding something... is it a horse? I could help. But I'll take it you dont want help from a random mare... am I right?" she began walking away again but this time walked back to Rivor to ask him if she could go for a walk. Yes she didnt need to but she wanted to make sure it was ok. | |

⚘ ¤ Lucifer arrived back at the waterfall. He saw the Rivor again. But this time Rivor was not alone. Lucifer stood there for a while mane and tail blowing in the breeze. The sun gleamed off his shiny coat. Lucifer flicked one ear back when the mare talked to him. ¤ ⚘ -—-—- ⚘¤ Lucifer looked at the mare. He hated the way she emphasised the word you. Kinda made it seem like they were trying to talk to a foal. He knew he didn't have to address or even talk to the mare but what was the harm in answering such a small innocent question. "My names Lucifer" he spoke flatly before his voice got his signiture tone to it "why?" Lucifer stood there his ears back but not threatening. ¤ ⚘ -—-—- ⚘ ¤ Lucifer paused when the mare mentioned him looking for something, or someone. When she offered him help one ear flicked back forward. "I don't need help." He said as if talking to the mare bored him. But if someone saw a herd horse wandering having someone let him know would help a lot. "but, if you feel like helping. you see any herd horses wandering, you can find me with the shallowhooves herd" With that said Lucifer looked around hoping to see any sign of that missing horse, to finally and hopefully end this goose chase he some how unfortunately found himself trapped on. ¤ ⚘ |

| Pigeon shouted back, "Alrighty! I'm Pigeon by the way!" She smiled at him before leaving once more and ending up far away from the waterfall and near a herd of horses. She noticed one straying off, "Stay with the herd!" she heard one yelling. "Of course..." she muttered and continued on her journey. Once she got too far, she noticed a little foal who was alone. Now, yes, she knew better than to anger a mom, but this one might be fine. "Hello there," she said as she walked up to the foal. |
| The foal had responded with a simple hello, and im lost. Pigeon felt sorry for the foal and told them she could take them home. The foal jumped excitedly, and Pigeon took them back to where Lucifer was. As she approached, she knew something was wrong. The foal had gone silent. "What's wrong, hun?" Pigeon smiled down at the foal. The foal responded with a simple im scared and Pigeon noticed something off in the foal's eyes. |
| "Hey, you're okay.." she said to the foal before continuing to walk up to Lucifer. "Lucifer I may have found the culprit." She laughed at her own words but watched the foal cautiously. | |

༄.° Rivor nudges Pigeon and shakes his head at her hooves, his mane fluttering in the breeze °.༄ ``C'mon, Pige, let's go run.`` ༄.° He smirks, hooving the ground proudly before dashing off and leaves her in the dust. He stops at the end of the path, standing at the treeline of the forest gathering place. °.༄ --- ------ --- ⋆.˚ Ellias sighs to himself, hooving the ground softly. Bored with no one around, and worried about his younger kin. He sighs once more, hooving the ground impatiently. Ellias gives in and gallops away from the unclaimed territory that the rouges had claimed. He looked everywhere for his younger brother. ⊹ ࣪ ˖ --- ------ --- ⋆.˚ Yet, Rivor was nowhere in sight so he asked the herds, despite disliking all of the leaders. ⊹ ࣪ ˖ ``Have you seen a short stallion?`` ⋆.˚ Ellias asked, getting more worried as the sun began to set. He looked further more for Rivor and Pigeon. ⊹ ࣪ ˖ ``Hello, have you seen a dark stallion with some white on him?`` --- ------ --- ⋆.˚ At this point, asking was useless and a waste of his time. Ellias took matters into his own hooves finally and went beyond the boundaries of the valley. He hated the idea, but if he knew his brother well, then he knew his brother well enough to know where he would run off too. He came to a halt soon, standing at a treeline area. This was the place Rivor always came to, to get away from the crowded herds. ⊹ ࣪ ˖ --- ------ --- ⋆.˚ Ellias walked down the path, his tail swishing with every movement. It was finally sundown, Ellias was tired but he was still awake and worried. He frowned worriedly as he got further down the dirt pathway. It got darker, but not from the sunset, from the trees. They were massive and loaming over him from above. Then, he saw his kin. Rivor was laying down, by the waterfall, again. ⊹ ࣪ ˖ --- ------ --- ༄.° After a long day of running and chit-chatting, Rivor went back to the waterfalls. He knew it was the place where the herds gathered every new moon, but he didn't care about that. The new moon was in a week, and Rivor had never came to a gathering in his entire life before. °.༄ --- ------ --- ༄.° See, Rivor has no interest in going to these gatherings. He never went to them because he knew it'd be crowded with the herds. He disliked herd members, the leaders too, and hated crowds and loud noises. But Ellias had told him that the SwallowHooves Herd and TulipFields Herd were fighting at the last gathering. °.༄ --- ------- --- ༄.° He hated crowds, mostly loud noises. But he was more than willing enough to go see some fightings. He sighs to himself softly, laying his head down and closes his eyes tiredly. He missed the warmth of a loved one close to him, snuggling up close. The last time he had that was when his mother had still been around the valleys. °.༄ --- ------- --- ༄.° Rivor soon fell asleep, alone by the waterfalls. °.༄ --- ------- --- ⋆.˚ Ellias watches his brother sleep for a few moments, before deciding that his brother was safe to sleep for the night by himself. He turned on his heel and trotted quietly back to the valley. He let his brother sleep by the waterfall this once. ⊹ ࣪ ˖ |

| Pigeon soon found Rivor by the waterfalls and looked over to see Elias, the scaredy horse he is, retreating to home. Home.... how Pigeon missed her home. She started tearing up thinking about her home. Her "Home" was with these two now, and that's all that mattered to her. |
| She looked around for Lucifer but couldn't find him, so she went off in search of him. Maybe he found that horse? Who knows. Why should she even care? After all, he was just a stallion... But maybe it was his devilish looks that had her intrigued, or maybe it was the fact that he was open to help. |
| She couldnt find Lucifer but she found that she was lost... all alone and lost... how she was before she found Rivor and Elias when she was a filly. She began to cry once more before running in the direction she came. She rammed right into someone and she didnt know who it was until she looked up. | |

| "Oh! im so sorry!" She bowed her head and began to walk away when the stallion she ran into grabbed her tail. "And where are you off to, pidgy?" He asked her. "Just going home...." she tried once more, but his teeth bared, and she knew better than to challenge this stallion; this stallion was one she knew all too well. |
| The stallion was her ex-mate, Erik. Erik was not only rude and possessive but also abusive to her. He got ready to strike her with his hoof when Pigeon cowered below him, repeating over and over, "I'm sorry!" She was so scared of this stallion that she wouldn't even think to stand up to him. |
| Then she began to scream, "Help me!" But no one answered, and no one came to her rescue from this horrible, horrible stallion. Then his hoof struck her jaw, and it made a cracking sound. No, it wasn't broken, but it also wasn't perfectly fine either. The stallion said simply, "You know I love you, pidge.... don't even think of leaving again.. got me?!" Pigeon nodded glad to get away from him. She galloped off to the waterfall. | |
