(Oof, I feel that hardcore Rishy. Have a good break! <3 Im gonna flash back to a scene for a little more on Emery- it might be a bit long- sorry!)
Emery James | 20 | Eventer | Open
Emery successfully arranged her tack on the stall door. She hadn't seen anyone else yet and assumed they were all out riding or somewhere else. She took her time grooming the muscular chestnut stallion, and he sighed contentedly. There was already hay in his net, which he was happily munching away on. She smiled, and hoped that she would be as happy as he was here, and he mind drifted away.
Emery galloped her horse, Marigold, towards the next fence, it was Cross Country day, and a smile was plastered on her face. Marigold was the perfect horse, a tall, athletic flaxen chestnut Trakhener mare, with a large white blaze and four tall socks. Marigold and Emery seemed to be made for each other, as they've won every competition they've ever entered. Marigold was confident in everything, beautiful and uphill in Dressage, fast and confident in XC, and brave and graceful in Show Jumping. The fence they were approaching was large, probably 3'11" tall or larger, and approximately 3'9" wide. This was the biggest competition they've been to, and so far they were in first place. The sound of Mar's hooves were beneath her, steady. She counted her strides, but something was off, and before she could control what was happening, she only saw the ground. Even though there was a safety vest, she hit the ground with a very audible thud, and Emery felt pain. Then she saw her horse, like it was all happening in slow motion. Her right foot was still caught in the stirrup, which she was able to yank out before Marigold landed on her. Marigold. All Emery saw was the saddled chestnut's back headed towards her. Emery rolled to her right side, yet not far enough, and the mare crushed her side.
A pain in her shoulder brought her back to reality, and she dropped the brush she was holding in her left hand. That crash was devastating, she lost her mare, and was in an accident that changed her outlook on riding. Back then, when she was 14, she wasn't nearly as serious as she is now. Her recovery was long, if you count the riding recovery as well. Her left shoulder was essentially shattered, and she tore her rotator cuff, she also had many bruises, and fractured ribs, as well as a few other things.. Her ankle had several torn ligaments, but everything was fairly healed now, apart from the occasional pain, or something else.
She continued tacking her horse in his dressage gear, and then put her equipment on. |

Gabriella and Luke had put there lesson horses away and took Red, Chance and the foal out on a trail ride. Gabriella watched the little foal as he troted next to Red. " it's like with grand mums cats, Red is the mommy daddy." GAbrieilla said with a smile. Luke chuckled softly. "yeah your right." Luke said as he watched Red mess with the foal as they walked. |

Savannah walked to Avatar's stall, slipping inside. "Hey boy," she murmured, running her hands over his muscular, smooth body. "Wanna go for a ride?" As she said this, she noticed a girl in the stall next door and quickly quietened down. She had never been confident with unknown people, but after Matthew, she could barely handle it. |

Emery put her hair into a low ponytail and slid her helmet on. Her long red ponytail cascaded down her back, stopping about midway. When her hair was down, it reached about to her belt line. Before clipping her helmet, she noticed another person had come in the stables. Should she introduce herself? Emery thought it over, while putting on her black tall boots and black gloves. "Alright, Mio. Shall we?" She said. Her Irish accent was definitely there, but sometimes it was more thick than others.
She clipped her helmet beneath her chin, and grabbed the supple leather reins of Mio's double bridle. His hooves clopped on the ground, and she stopped him in front of the stall with the other person, who she now saw was a girl. She took a moment, then spoke up. "Hi there." She said to the stranger, her accent light but noticeable, a slight smile on her face.

For the sake of not ruining yalls plots, I made up some reasons for why my characters are gone. I meant to make a post but I honestly don't have time looll. So here: Keenan - med school Conrad - hosting a clinic Emily - going to where she grew up in Germany to deal with her parents investigation Noah - went home to Ireland for a week for no actual reason Tristan - getting married (I totally meant to spring this on yall and I haven't had time looll)
