iris Iris couldn't sleep. So much was wrong. She wanted to fix it but didn't know how. She got up and decided to go for a walk hoping her concern didn't show but knowing that it probably did. She had never been good at hiding her emotions and she never would be. |

Vinda finished her bone and licked the last bit of meat off, then stood and stretched with a satsified sigh. Finally, food! Although she was used to spending a few days without eating, but it was nice to get some at this point. She shook herself, then glanced off in the direction of the tall pine tree. Hmm... would Scar mind? Could she perhaps just peek at him, make sure he wasn't trying to move? After a moment of hesitation she decided in the affirmative and trotted off towards the tree, although she turned her steps as she got closer so it might seem she was just heading to the healers den. Her eyes suddenly narrowed. Wait a minute... there was no wolf in that shadow! She gave a slight growl. NOW where had he gone? It was like that wolf had a death wish! |

Scarred Thorn Alpha Male Scar, even though limping, felt like he was relaxed and strolling back into the camp. The first thing he saw... Vindaria looking like she was going to kill someone. If he could only guess, he was probably high on her list. He winced a little, walking half towards her half towards his pine tree. "You look peachy." He said, trying not to grin. |

Vinda scented the air, then turned to face the dark wolf limping into camp, her expression resembling a distant thundercloud. She stayed silently glaring as he moved towards her, but at his rather cheerful words, she snorted. "Oh do I now? well you don't! I do not know how much more simple I can make it when I tell you not to move! Do you want to heal or not? If there's stuff that needs to be checked out I can do it! And don't you dare give me that independent Alpha look, I don't care what rank you are, you need to rest those wounds! The more you move them, the more they'll open, and the longer it'll take to heal!" she berated, finally running out of breath and coming to an end, temporarily, of her tirade, snorting and swishing her tail adamantly. |

Scarred Thorn Alpha Male Scar had to resist making talking motions with his mouth, instead trying to listen attentively. "mhm. mhm. mhm. Right. Of course. mHm. mhm." he said periodically, nodding every once in a while. "Okaaaayyyy soooooooo what i got out of this is that you are angry I moved?" He inquired, shaking his pelt. "I won't dare give you the independant Alpha look I'll just ignore you." Scar rolled his eyes, but he was joking. "Okay, don't start on fire, I'll go lay down and not move for like a whole couple hours." He snorted, swiveling an ear back slightly. |

Vinda growled slightly at his mildly carefree attitude, then snorted in mild offense, but managing to calm down with a quiet sigh, letting out a breath before speaking. "Ok ok I got that out of my system" she said with a mild rueful look at him. "Sorry, it's just I didn't know where you'd gone, and why, and if you'd even end up coming back in the state you're in! The past few times you've run off, it hasn't been for a good reason" she reminded him with a worried creasing of her brow. "But I am serious about you resting... I know you don't want to, I wouldn't either, but... well you know" she said with another slight sigh. She'd overreacted... a lot, and she knew it. Will you never get a hold of your berating speech Vinda? By the time he heals he's probably going to be ordering you out of his sight! She gave another slight sigh, this one directed at herself. |

(Scar is just in a good mood right now xD) Scarred Thorn Alpha Male Scar waited until Vindaria relaxed, smiling. Perfecto, problem solved. He got to go on a walk and only got berated for... well, like 5 minutes while she ran on breath. "Ah, good." He said with a small smirk as she spoke. He couldn't help it. If wolves just needed to get stuff out of their systems he'd be the perfect dummy to do it on. "Understandable. It was a good reason this time. Someone yelped. I was being concerned." He answered, nodding. "I will rest, but I can't rest forever. If it doesn't kill you it makes you stronger, right? That's why I survived through this and I'm not mentally insane. I think. Do think that every time I got shot or got attacked that I just collapsed and didn't move for days? Or do you think I got back up and kept on running? And I am still alive now, so I think my method works pretty well." Scar stated with a smile, walking over to the pine tree to lay down again. |

Vinda gave a slight smile at this, the scene coming alive in her mind. Ah, she had smelled frostbite out there... the buffalo must have startled her she wisely deducted. She frowned as he spoke again though, not liking how flippant he seemed to take his injuries. But she did have to admit... he had a point. Although she doubted he had ever been injured like this! She sighed, padding after him so she could speak. "Well... I see your point. Again" she let out a slight laugh at her own words and realization that once again she was coming around to his perspective. "But please at least rest as much as you can today... I realize that you probably won't want to rest tomorrow, and I do get what you're saying. Once there isn't too much danger of your big wounds opening, it will be good for your muscles and blood flow to be moving around" she said with a reluctant sigh at the fact that she had to give in. |

Scarred Thorn Alpha Male Honestly, he had to grin. Every time Scar said something it seemed it made sense, which was amazing! His ears perked, he ignored any pain, looking pleased. "I'm glad you see my point." he chuckled, shaking the fur on his neck slightly and stretching out his injured leg with a wince. "I will rest today, but you are right, tomorrow I probably will have to move around." He agreed, inclining his head slightly. "Thank you for understanding." Scar added with a grin. He was good at pointing out why he did things, but then again, he always had a good-ish reason for doing things. In his eyes, anyway. |
