Tristan | HJI | Emily, Noah, Tim
Tristan was walking back from the gym at that moment and noticed Tim chasing after his horse, who appeared quite off indeed. When the gelding dropped his shoulder to turn from Tim, Tristan tactfully grabbed the lead, nearly being yanked through the air himself as the gelding proceeded onward. Slowly regaining his balance, Tristan offered Tim the gelding's lead. "I hope you already know he's off in the hind," Tristan said, his eyebrows knitted in concern.

Tim gives A relieved look,Shooting Tristan a grateful glance. "Yeah..Pretty badly lame it seems. His rear hock is hot enough to fry an egg." Tim quips with a nervous lip bite,Glancing at his gelding with obvious concern before beginning to head toward the hose.It was getting late now it seemed,But it was only natural to put his mount first. No matter how exhausted his first day had made him..

Tristan | HJI | Tim, Emily, Noah Tristan gave a small, sympathetic smile--a rarity for him. He was starting to feel for the guy, now that he knew his whole life story and all. Emily, too, but he couldn't relate to her as much. "I can help, if you'd like."
He saw Emily and Noah in the background headed towards them, walking together and conversing with great joy. Noah was still talking her ear off about how she was his favorite person when she shushed him. "While I appreciate the flattery, you know what I'd appreciate even more?" Emily's very light, tan colored eyes hit the sunset just right and they reflected the pinks and the red vibrantly. There was a special twinkle in her eye as she spoke to the boy, arms crossed, a sly smile forming on her lips.
The young man pouted, sobered his expression to read hers and see if it had worked, then crossed his arms to match Emily's stance, turning to Tim and kicking some dust with his sneaker in the process. "Emily wants me to say I'm sorry..."
An annoyed look crossed Emily's pretty face as she added, "Noah, what did I tell you you were sorry for?"
"Emily says I'm sorry for being irresponsible and reckless and loving her more than you because she's a girl and you're a dude and that's weird."
Stifling a laugh, Emily placed her hand on Tim's shoulder so she could face away from Noah, then promptly let out a small, melodic giggle, which turned into more. When she realized what she had done, she lightheartedly said, "sorry, probably shouldn't have done that." She turned back to Noah and regained her seriousness. "Okay, so, we'll talk about that later, but... can you repeat that sentence after 'says' and before 'and?'"
Noah shrugged, "that seems like a lot to ask, what's in it for me?"
"More respect to your Cooley name," Emily deadpanned impressively.
Noah looked to her disbelievingly--he couldn't argue with that. "I'm sorry I dropped your horse's leadrope. I was just really excited to see Emily. I missed her a lot." Then, smirking, he added, "I'm sure you can see why."
"Amen," Tristan muttered under his breath, almost wishing Emily hadn't convinced him to apologize to Tim. Then, he turned to Tim, muttering quietly, "I guess you've already met our new student. I hope he likes his lessons with me more than he seems to like you."
Emily turned to Tristan, a grin appearing on her pretty face. "Tristan...was that... a joke?!"

-Heather would be eavesdropping on them while she brushed her mare, Mystery was a lot calmer now than she already was when she first came here. The woman sighed as she was done brushing the mare then she placed the brush back in its box before grabbing a hoof pick before starting on her hooves as she scraps them to make sure that no dirt or rocks were left in her hooves to cause the mare any discomfort- Edited at August 23, 2019 10:23 PM by Aspen Fire ES

Timothy Blue / EI / M:
Tim glances up from turning the tap on,His expression softening a little at the new student, "Apology Accepted - Just about." He says with an eyeroll and light chuckle,Emily's mood seeming to rub off on him.If Noah made her happy.. Well he had best get used to having the clown around.Tim begins to wash down his Grey's legs,Looney fidgeting as the cool water splashes up his hocks and stomach. He chooses to brush off Emily's lean on his shoulder,It meant nothing he reckoned. He gives a chuckle at Tristan,Ignoring Noahs remarks about Emily and adding, "You seemed so shocked,I'll have you know Tristan here is a full blown comedian.." He gives a dead serious expression before laughing gently,Eyes shinning as the setting Sun shoots it's last beams of golden light before falling victim to the the night. Emily gave Tim a dimpled smirk, her eyes bright. "I'll take your word for it." The sky was dark now, yet the same brilliant energy radiated from the young woman. It was infectious.
"Alright, well, we are going to go catch up. Probably play some card games or something in the front of the dorm where everyone can access. Do you need anything else from us before then?"

Kholo Mzi | Owner | 32 | M: Open
After finishing the paperwork, Kholo went to the barn. Slipping into one of her broodmare's stalls, she sat down, reading a book. This was her favourite way to relax. Listening to the contented sighs of Mirabelle, she began to doze, her book slipping into the fresh straw. Edited at August 24, 2019 06:29 AM by Tanglewood

Luka James | 20 | Archer | Open
The Male began walking towards the barn, his Gelding following behind steadily. Once they reached the shelter, Luka looked around for Archers stall. Once it was found, Luka dropped Archer's lead and unlocked the gate. Archer turned to escape, But Luka turned back around to grab his lead in time. "Where do you think your going, Sneaky?" He chuckled, backing the horse into his stall. Archer whinnied and pawed at the ground. "What is with your behavior?" Luka huffed as he unclipped the rope from his halter, taking it off calmly.
