Aspen Female Scout - Aspen still wasn't sure this was a good idea. But she trusted Oak. At least, she hoped she trusted him. After all, they were siblings. But you couldn't always trust your siblings. Perhaps he was an imposter? Maybe he wasn't actually Oak, and when they got back to camp he would bring out his horrible plan and slaughter the whole pack! "Hello? Aspen?" Aspen shook her head to get out of that bad thought, and realized Oak had drawn up next to her, and was trying to get her attention. "What?" She asked, stepping sideways to give herself some space. "How long is the walk to your pack? Cuz I'm REALLY tired. Do you know how long it took me to find you? A week. A WHOLE WEEK. I was running around the forest like a crazy dog looking for you, and you were probably having the time of your life!" Aspen now realized she was wrong thinking that perhaps Oak was an imposter. He was the same silly, protective brother she had alwasy known. She didn't bother mentioning that she had literally just joined her current pack and wasn't actually having the time of her life. "Not far. We'll be there within 5 minutes." Aspen answered. |

Flick couldn't hold back a small smile when bo sat next to her and eyed Scar, to be honest Felicity didn't think this other male wolf would be interested enough in new-comers to come find them. She stayed quiet the whole time Scar and frostbite spoke, not wanting to intrude or say the wrong thing, after Scar left Felicity let out a low sigh "So.. Who's he?" She asked turning to Bo "Were you... Trying to protect me from him? Is he dangerous?" She asked curiously, concern slightly pouring into her voice looking at the cave entrance. She smiled and dug strainght into the rabbit that Frostbite had found "Mmm thanks!" She said while eating |

Bo looked over at flick, "that's Scar, the alpha" he said, "I was protecting you from the possibility of being thrown out" he said "he can be dangerous, but usually not towards members" |

Scarred Thorn Alpha Male Honestly, Scar regretted not talking to the other new female- for one she looked nicer, and for two at this point he just kind of wanted to make Bo mad. It wasn't like he was going to make her leave... unless she showed hostile behavior, of course. Scar tilted on the edge before slowly standing, glancing at Vinda before padding back out. "Sorry to bother again, but I never got your name." He entered the cave, his low voice directed at the pretty female that Bo was so attatched to. |

Vinda rolled her eyes slightly at his retort, then tilted her head slightly curiously. Ambushed someone? Perhaps the owner of that new scent? Although she couldn't really tell which new scent, there were so many to her! At his explanation she nodded understandingly "It's ok, I figured a lot went down while I was out" she said quickly, glancing off in the direction he seemed to be worried about, scenting the air and catching a female's scent. Dog, if she had it pinned right. She glanced back to him at his hesitation, then gave an imperceptible sigh of relief as he seemed to decide to rest. He certainly needed it in her opinion! She turned and padded back to the border trees, keeping an eye on Scar as well as the other surrounding trees as she lay down, curling her tail around herself as she fell back into her role as protector. She had been skirting it long enough. A few minutes later, she saw a movement and sat up swiftly, relaxing her guard but watching with a slight frown as Scar moved out into the forest again, heading back the direction he had come from previously. She snorted slightly. And where was he going? Her eyes followed him as far as she could, then she growled at herself in a berating manner. You don't need to know everything Vinda, stick to your job. Stop being so nosy! She snorted firmly at herself, but remained sitting, finding her gaze moving back to the direction the dog's scent Scar was worried about had emanated from. Was it her imagination, or was it a bit stronger? She narrowed her eyes in concentration, watching the forests edge carefully. |

(Hyrule went offline as soon as I posted so SORRY HYRULE but ima pretend you responded) Scarred Thorn Alpha Male After the little talk with Flick, Scar exited the cave for the second time and backtracked again, although this time he jutted a little farther towards where Aspen had disappeared. He didn't smell anything threatening around, but her smell had gotten stronger- along with that of another wolf. They seemed to be headed back to camp, so Scar followed suit, picking up his pace, his limp prominent as he went a little faster. When he got back to camp there was still no sign of anyone except for Vindaria, and the scent hadn't gotten this far. Scar swiveled an ear back in the direction of the thicker forest, slowing as he reached the camp. "See anyone come through? He asked the female, just to check. Scar hoped Aspen was okay- the other scent was Male, but the little he smelled they seemed to be walking side by side. He padded over near the pine again, which was close enough to the entrance to walk, laying down for the 5th time in an hour. His leg was rather upset with his decision to journey, so Scar Was rather content to stay put unless something came up. |

Vindaria

A little while later, Vinda heard a wolf moving through the forest, and from the unsteady pawsteps, she knew it was Scar. She frowned slightly. His limp was a lot worse. And why was he coming from the other direction? She watched the forest until he appeared, then shook her head at his question. "No, no one. But I scent the one you called Aspen nearby I think.. along with another. It has gotten steadily stronger, so I believe them to be heading our way" she said swiftly, although she had no doubt that he had already picked that up himself. She watched as the Alpha moved back to his pine, laying down slightly heavily. A sigh escaped her muzzle. Those wounds would never heal unless he could force himself to stay still for just a few hours at least! |

Scarred Thorn Alpha Male Scar let out a very quiet, almost unbearable sigh, wanting to just rest, sleep, and not get up again, but feeling the need to make sure everything was okay. As Vinda spoke he nodded curtly- he had noticed that, but it was nice to get a second opinion to confirm at least his nose still worked. Scar could tell she was annoyed/worried that he was moving around too much, but there wasn't much he was willing to do about it. Once he knew no one was going to attack and that Aspen was safe, then he'd probably doze off- he had to someday. Scar had stayed awake for days at a time before and it sucked. He lowered his head slightly to wait, his leg stretched out at an irregular position to put the least amount of weight on it. |

frostbite got up after eating her rabbit then walked up to scar "i left some prey by that old stump if you or anyone els whants it" she said pointing to it with her nose |
