"No tiger, Raina. Wake up I want to talk." she nudged him.

Sky was so glad someone shared her feelings. "Exactly! It's like... You're waiting for treats, but they give you kibble. You're fine with it, but you would much rather have treats! Yes, I am sooo ready to race again. If we win the Iditarod again, we'll be 3-time champions! And with all these new dogs, we're almost sure to win!" Then, under her breath, Sky muttered, "That is, if we can all get along." - Sky hoped Cypress hadn't heard her. He probably had, though. He was standing right there! Sky looked up at the sky again. There weren't any more birds, and the clouds had changed shape, slicing across the sky. One of them looked like a doggie bone... Funny.

Cypress grinned a wolfish smile and nodded. "That is exactly what I think. So- your team has won the Iditarod 2 times already? You guys must be an amazing team... and remind me again, the Iditarod is the big Alaskan race, correct? Sorry, in Russia they call it the Sobach'i bega, which means Dog Race in Russian. I feel honored to get to race alongside you guys.. I hope I hold up to the standards well." Cypress inquired, dipping his head slightly at his last sentence. He winced a little at what Sky said at the end, but he knew it had to be coming one way or another.

Raina looked around and wagged her tail at a few dogs. Her red and white fur blowing in the crisp perfect wind. These were the times that she loved seeing everyone content and calm not stressed and bickering. She hoped that the newcomers wouldn't be to much trouble and maybe she could make amends with tiger and maybe even become freinds. Cypress looked friendly enough but she was the tiniest bit unsure of what to think. At a small race a male similar in color and size to him attacked her after she was let off the gangline to rest because she had apperantly looked at him the wong way.

While the wiry wolfdog waited for a reply, his one icy blue and and the other deep, chocolety brown observing the other dogs. Most of them seemed immersed in conversations, and the rest seemed rather content. Thankfully Tiger was asleep, so that male wasn't causing any trouble. A slight breeze ruffled Cypress's pelt as he thought, sitting on his haunches to finish the conversation so that he didn't have to waste energy standing. He cocked his head slighly as his gaze fell onto each wolf before staring into the wilderness, the great unknown. Cypress wondered what each of the canines thought of him... he knew a lot of personalities had a hard time warming up to him because he responded to everything with a joke and couldn't help but lightly tease at every move they made. However, since this team was like his *second chance* at life, he was trying to tone it down a bit and act like a more mature, polite male.

Spirit moved slowly and sat in the corner. He felt so confused and didn't know what to do. He was happy that his friends are talking with each other in a good way, and when they play happily together. He shrugged, 'Never mind, I'm not always in for fun.' Spirit got up, shake away the water that's beginning to frost on his fur, and padded through the aisle. . 'Denali, could you possibly explain on what's happening around here? I can't seem to understand everyone..' He whined at his almost-sleeping sister.

Spirit suddenly sat up, twitched his wet nose and sniffed, 'Oh yeah, by the way, where T H is June?'

Tiger groaned "NOOO mommy noooo let me sleep me tired." He rolled over and groaned again.

Sky nodded. "Yes, and I'm kind of surprised that we've made it this far. And yes, the Iditarod is the 'big Alaskan race'." Sky grinned. Cypress was funny. "I would not have the faintest idea what that means uf you hadn't told me. The Sobachie Begga? Anyway, don't really care if we win or lose, as long as I get to run." Sky knew Cypress was thinking the same thing, and she hoped the new additions to the team wouldn't make them utterly fail.

Denali yawned and wagged her tail at Spirit, her older brother. "What do you mean? It's always crazy haha, but with June I can't help you there, maybe ask Bell?"
