Heather Proudstorm | 21 | Eventer | Espresso Silhouette "Mystery" and Titanium "Storm" | School Horse: N/A | Pet: Toby the German Shepherd | M: Tim, Open -Heather jokingly rolled her eyes at Tim as she headed off to the pasture, she left Storm's halter hanging on the pasture gate with his lead rope attached. Hoping the fence as the stud saw the short woman coming, once she got closer, he just bolted off from her which caused the young woman to chase after Storm- "Oi! Get back here you!" -she shouted as she continued to chase the stallion while he kept running from her, making it difficult to catch him- -After what felt like an hour, Heather lost her footing as she fell to the ground, landing roughly on her stomach, she had landed in a mud puddle which she sat herself up, throwing the head collar kinda away from her in frustration as tears began to run down her face- "Stupid horse, I hate you!" -she yelled that at Storm but she didn't mean what she said. She couldn't pretend anymore, she wasn't okay, she hasn't recovered at all from Prince's death as she finally broke down into streams of tears, hiding her face with her hands, kinda slouched over. She still blamed herself that Prince is dead, she kept bottling up her emotions for so long until it became to much to contain it anymore- -Heather would hear hooves approaching her with a jingle of the head collar that has the lead rope connected to it, Storm started to nuzzle the red brunette to comfort her in a way that the old gelding use to do. She raised her head from her hands to meet the stallion's blue eyes, she carefully raised her hand to gently place it on the side of the stud's face- "I guess the old man had something to do with this to bring a mess like you into my life huh?" -she softly spoke to Storm, replying with a quiet snort from his pink nostrils- Edited at October 10, 2020 05:17 AM by Aspen Fire ES

Zander / M : Sam,Laurence,Emily,Tim,Heather Etc. . It wasnt until the man had spoken that the whole thing really clicked,Once the name was to a face it made sense. From the friction in his tone,Zander guessed this was his home - the whole reason for Sam being here in it was one he didnt know yet, they certainly weren't acting like a couple. But was it only him that sensed something a little more there than instructor and student? The thought was brushed away for later,as he had been rather taken aback by Laurences tone and was struggling for words to say other than a meek ' Nice to meet you.' This continued on as Sam insisted to go with him,The raven-haired man becoming increasingly unsure about what exactly he was driving a wedge between. * After a silent ride,Zander had finally broken Sam's brooding silence and managed to get her back into some sort of conversation. It seemed after a while the strawberry blonde had relaxed and cheered up into her normal self - not so upbeat as before but happy enough to be in his company. He had noticed as they arrived at the Chestnut's stall, she made no attempt to even greet him at first, which was an action he couldnt get his head around.Hadn't she been missing for a year? But he said nothing, pretending to be unfazed as he repeatedly ran his hand down the gelding's face, making a mental note to give Mickey all the affection he lacked here. It wasnt a wonder to him why Sam had never triumped in the Equine world,It wasnt skill or money that made you big in this buisness - It was love. And he knew all too well it was a cruel shell of a home she had been born into, and an empty world she so far had encountered. So it lacked in every aspect of her,a piece of him having blindly hoped to fullfil.Well it had ended in inevitable heartbreak for him,and she continued unchanged - so it was a pain to him to think she wasnt getting anything out of life really.A shame, Part of him knowing he still pitied her even now. . After a while,Tim had found his way into their barn looking a little lost but happy enough to see Sam nonetheless. The pair had conversed rather easily he thought, but Zander had kept pretty much out of it apart from a few good natured comments inbetween Tacking Mickey up.The chestnut was still fairly fresh even after the morning's early ride,so he thought was probably a suitable excuse to explore the grounds and lay his eyes on that esteemed XC course. . Before long he had offered both a small fairwell, and he and Mickey were well on their way down a trail.

(I also just want to say that I felt Heather's mood in my soul. Well-written Aspy <3) EDIT: Yack ignore xD Didn't realize Flip was posting. Aaron Franklin | 21 | Diva/Romeo | H/E | Vikram, Heather Aaron wasn't quite sure whether to take offense from Vikram's tone. The way he had called Diva a work in progress seemed cold, as if imperfect horses weren't allowed in his - clearly rich, judging by his clothes - world. -------------- Romeo nickered gently as they passed one of the barns, his ears pricked at all of the horses poking their heads out of their stalls. The grey was definitely an extrovert; if he was a human, he would probably have been a type nine. Always relaxed and laidback, Aaron often brought him along to Diva's shows simply to calm her down on the journey. Finally walking into what looked like the pasture path - this place felt gigantic! - Aaron began singing to his horses, his voice low and soft. "Cause I'm not perfect, I'm flawed. And if you don't like that, get lost." Diva's fickle attention was caught; suddenly the lead was slack, her pace matching his in order to stay closer to the sound. "Cause I don't want it if it's fake. I don't want i-" He broke off quickly, his pale cheeks filling with a blush. His self-consciousness overtaking his friendly nature, he awkwardly waved at the woman sitting in the nearby field, only noticing as he turned to face her that something was off. Her eyes were red, her cheeks uneven in their shine. "Are you alright?" By now he was standing by the fence, eyebrows furrowed in worry. Tone somewhat urgent, he gestured towards the only horse in the field. "Did he-?" Never mind that this was a stranger; his overly caring self had already clicked into action mode. (Did a little editing, should work now i think? xD Just get Aaron to speak to Tim/Heather if you wanted,Dont mean to be so brief in my encounter i just literally have 2 minutes before i need to get dressed and gone to be on time. And i certainly cant write that fast Lol.) . Timothy Blue / M: Heather,Sam,Zander,Emily, Aaron . He'd been waiting for what seemed to be hours for Heather to turn up to the barn, the vet having had come almost 45 minutes ago now.The blonde had engaged in formal and apologetic conversation, not long after leaving in search of the pair whilst the vet set up what they needed to.The barns were nearly all but empty - Tim guessed the good weather meant all the horses were making the most of it,the riders too no doubt. To the sound of chatter, his feet had directed him to a pair in the main barn one of which he recognised instantly. "Good to have you back Samantha - I have such a list of chores for you to help with.." He said rather seriously at first, before chuckling at the strawberry blonde's taken back expression.Tim had continued to catch her up on a few things, what he assumed was another of her stable hands having left a few moments ago.As his phone beeped, the man excused himself from the conversation and set back on his hunt for Heather. He couldnt help the grin that crossed his features at the message though, even if it was with a flustered origin. ' Why I never - Queen of Planning Can't organise a little get together?Up to you Em,I can save a gap in my ever so busy schedule for either .Always have time for you. ' He hesitated, running a hand through his hair before hastily deleting the last sentence and hitting send. Was this his chance? No - The blonde pushed the thought down and planned to keep it there,When had anything he anticipated ever gone the way he hoped?Still the feeling of nervous excitement bubbled in his stomach.Spontanious was the key - Right? As he glanced up again, his eyes widened slightly and thrust his phone back to his pocket and broke into a run.Heather was on the floor and Storm towering over her,His mind couldnt help but instantly think of the worse, she was a only a small thing and he always seemed to switch his mood in an instant. As he got closer, however, despite his initial panic tripling at the sight of tears - it soon became clear it was not what he first thought at all.It was beautiful really, and it made him incredibly guilty to have disrupted it. He gave a small cough, partly to catch their attention and party to help catch his breath.Tim couldnt even remember the last time he had ran,and this was an eye opener. So much so he hardly noticed the stranger already at the fenceline,Offering him a nod of aknowledgement. "Vet's here - You pair ready?" Voice gentle and a soft whisper,he offered Heather a smile and glanced to Storm before mouthing to her ' Good Job ' ,followed by a knowing wink. Heather Proudstorm | 21 | Eventer | Espresso Silhouette "Mystery" and Titanium "Storm" | School Horse: N/A | Pet: Toby the German Shepherd | M: Aaron, Tim, anyone :3 -Heather manged to slip Storm's head collar on before carefully standing back up on her feet, her clothes got a bit dirty from the mud but she didn't mind it, the stud looked over at the strangers which caused him to start pinning his ears at them in a aggressive response, the young woman took notice of Aaron first, oddly feeling her heart skip a beat. Taking note that he was asking her if she was alright, she shyly nodded to mean yes, why did she feel so speechless all of a sudden? This man was a stranger but he seemed pretty nice- "Oh uh no, he didn't hurt me. I um I lost my footing and I uh fell." -she gave a sheepish smile, finally able to speak while feeling quite embarrassed for once but her face felt quite warm as she wasn't really sure of why while making sure to have a good hold on Storm's lead to make sure that the stallion wasn't going to try to go after anyone- -The red brunette glanced over at Tim's way when she heard him give a small cough, realizing that he said that the vet is here which helped her snap out of whatever daze that she was in- "Oh uh yes, we're both ready" -she offered the smile right back, seeing him mouthing the 'Good Job' to her, she felt a bit proud of herself while acknowledging the wink from Tim. She lead Storm out of the pasture to head to the barn to meet up with the vet, she glanced at Aaron one last time when passing both him & Tim to get a curious good look of the stranger before looking away while leading the stud in a now calmly manner- Edited at October 10, 2020 05:47 AM by Aspen Fire ES

Em / Tim [Emily]: you're absolutely NO help!! silly :) I'm gonna find someone more decisive than us to choose because we can't do this lol. how am i responsible for a child A smile on her face as she replied back, which wasn't uncommon, she realized she had subconsciously walked to Magik's old stall. It made her sad--her muscles didn't know what her mind did. Magik hadn't been here for a while. Noah had gone back to Cooley Acres to train under his brother for a while, and he was the only one doing anything productive with Magik. The gelding didn't seem to mind the junior competition horse lifestyle, so it only made sense for Emily to send them together. She heard from Noah often, the pair were doing quite well in competitions. She missed them both dearly but knew she had made the right decision. After she texted Tim, she texted Kholo, asking about planning a gathering. Kholo mentioned that she thought planning in advance would be better, so everyone could be properly informed and Emily could actually plan something. She also mentioned that there was to be a big eventing competition at the farm the following weekend, and should she want to take it on, any kind of festivities for that would be welcomed. After finishing up her conversation with Kholo, she texted Tim back. [Emily]: just talked to kholo, she said yes party, but not tonight. so that solves that :):):) now what are we gonna dooooo. are you guys done yet by the way?? did i ask that already?? i'm not very focused?? (pleasepleaseplease involve alcohol loooolll. whatever we do can build tension and then it can get hashed out when alcohol is involved next weekend at the competition afterparties lol)

[Kholo Mzi] added [Livvie], [Tyler P.], + 11 other numbers to {WOEC Official} [Kholo] Just to let everyone know, there's a show over here next weekend. official info will be posted on the news board later today ;) please say what you'd like to participate in/which horse you'll be riding to me privately. <3 [Lorenzo] That's super cool! Off topic, rustling up a polo team. No experience required, just an interest in the sport. [Alex L.] def interested in p team. [Livvie] eeh yessssss!!! totes down for the show!!! ....................................................... Aaron Franklin | 21 | H/E | Diva/Romeo | Tim, Heather Aaron could feel the woman's gaze on him as she walked past, suddenly feeling self-conscious of his style choice. He had thrown on the most comfortable clothes that were vaguely clean to drive in; Diva's enthusiastic licking of his t-shirt had definitely not helped. "Enjoy." He grinned empathetically, knowing all too well the trial of a vet visit with a mischievous horse. "I guess I'll see you around. I'm Aaron, by the way." He couldn't resist adding that last part - judging by the other male riders he had seen, he blended in very well. Average-tall height, brown hair, light skin. After putting his horses in their stalls and chatting to a stable hand for a few minutes, Aaron finished unpacking his various bags, saddles and tack. According to the metal sign on his room door, he was rooming with an Alexander, though until he arrived he had the room to himself. It was tastefully furnished: two single beds, each with a side table; one pine desk; full length mirrors on the built-in cupboards, making the room feel much larger than it was. Timothy / M: Em,Group Chat. . His lips curved upward once more as he read the message , Waiting a few moments to think what he was going to reply with before slowly tapping the words out.Along the way to the barn he had become distracted, and by the time he had stopped to continue his reply Emily had sent another. . - Just starting now,But it shouldnt take long.I dont know, why you're so suprised - When are you ever focused?..Meet by the barn whenever you're free and we can decide what to do then? - . He felt his heart practically jump as the message sent, forcing himself to mess around in Dew's tack section to hide the stupid grin across his features.Tim hated himself for getting like this,so bubbly it suffocated him.But deep down he knew he couldnt help it. It was just her. . . A few moments later the group notification came through, pausing from pointlessly fiddling with straps to answer. . [Timothy] Defo Sounds Good - Let me know if I can lend a hand. [Zander] Count me in,A Polo team sounds Banging. . (They make me so happy- Sorry it's such a tiny post. Also,We need like so much alcohol xD ) Edited at October 10, 2020 01:00 PM by Flipperruby30

Em / Tim The cheery blonde huffed, rolled her eyes, then replied: [Emily]: which barn silly? As she waited for a reply, she heard her phone buzz many, many times. Kholo was maniacally adding people to the group chat, and obviously also adding other pieces of information. [Emily (to group)]: ahhhhh!!! new friendsssss!!! hiiiiii!!! can everyone send their name so I can save all your beautiful numbers?? I'm Emily Lachlan-Blount. She frowned when she added her last name to the text, but left it. She didn't like her last name one bit, it was split in two--just like her family had been. It was also a wicked reminder of the lack of family she had left. She loved her barn family but it wasn't the same. She would literally marry anyone just to be able to change her name. Quickly after that, she added: [Emily (to group)]: also!!! omg polo team!! i would LOVE to join, but I think you need legs for that lol. i'll come watch though?? She sat idle for a few moments before seeing another text from her friend come through. She trudged down to the barn where she saw Tim and no Heather, smiling. "Hey stranger," she grinned that beaming smile of hers, tan eyes bright. "I have a theoretical question, and it has nothing to do with what I want to do tonight, but I've been thinking about it a lot and I want to know your opinion since nobody covers this in prosthetics 101. What do you think happens to people who don't have real legs when they get drunk? Do they just wobble and fall over?"

Heather Proudstorm | 21 | Eventer | Espresso Silhouette "Mystery" and Titanium "Storm" | School Horse: N/A | Pet: Toby the German Shepherd | M: Open -Heather would have been sitting inside Storm's stall as he was finally gelded since the vet left, he wasn't a happy camper about it as he laid on his legs while his head hanged kinda low with a doopy bottom lip kinda hanging low while his ears were pointing back but he was definitely enjoying the pets that he was receiving from the short woman before the gelding finally laid his head down on the woman's lap, blowing out a loud snort from his pink nostrils which caused the woman to giggle a bit- "Your such a drama king, Storm." -Heather playfully said this while playing with his black & white mane, slowly trailing off into her thoughts- -It wasn't a surprise that Storm had tried a few hand full of times where he tried to bite at the vet before getting sedated enough to practically calm the gelding down enough in order to let the vet finish the task at hand. She finally left the stall which got the gelding to stand back up on his hooves, closing the stall door then locking it before, grabbing Mystery's head collar & lead rope- "Rest easy, Storm. We'll do some training tomorrow." -she softly said this before heading off to go fetch her mare from the other pasture, she wasn't very practically sure if she should meet up with Tim and Em since she have thought that she was probably bugging them to much while keeping her walking cycle at a steady pace, keeping her eyes forward to make sure that she's watching where she was going-
