Denali dreamt that she was the lead dog in their latest sled race. She observed the snow flying up from her paws, and her whole body weight urging forwards against the harness. As they neared the finish, all the other dogs disappeared and it was just air between her and victory. ~~ Groggily she shook herself awake from the dream, she was typically the last one awake as she often stayed up late checking everything was straight around her kennel serveral times over. She shook herself and stretched her legs out behind her, her muzzle pointing straight up in the air, stretching her sore neck - she must have slept awkwardly. She ambled over to her food bowl and ate the few bites that the other dogs had left her. She then turned and buried her muzzle in the water bowl, greedily chugging down the ice cold water. She decided to greet the others, smiling noticing that the others had already started talking and walking around. She went up to her brother, Spirit, and huffed in his ear, a favorite trick she always did to annoy him then she cheerfully barked "Whats up bro?", twitching her nose at the nippy morning air. Gabby woke up to the sound of the human yelling before she shuffles and turns on to her belly keeping the sound out but it didn't work, Gabby got up and stretches out before trotting towards the food and begins to eat her share before looking around and at the dogs. Gabby like everyone but she was a bit kind then wolf side of her, she looks up at the guy she saw walks towards the house before she bounced up and down before then ran towards him barking and yelping. She howls softly before trotting towards the other dogs again . _ Gabby looking at the other dogs before she playfully barks at him she wags her tail to see if anyone wanted to play with her at least until we had to go. Gabby hops up and down before whine and sighed before she got bored and mumbles before walking towards the sled and sniffs it again as she hops on to it and lays down

Sky yipped a shy 'good morning' to all the dogs who greeted her. She shifted on her feet, not knowing what to do. She wanted to run! Maybe if she whined by the sled the musher would know she wanted to go. Feeling proud of herself for thinking up the idea, she trots over to the sled where she finds she isn't the only one with the idea! - Gabby is there as well, curled up in a ball in the bottom of the sled. Sky thought about leaving, but she had always sort of liked Gabby. Maybe she could lay down with her. "Hi, Gabby." Sky said warily, putting her front paws up on the edge of the sled. "Can I come in?" She asked, trying to sound like she knew what she was doing.

June, being the true leader, made sure everyone checked in with her each and every day. One by one, she approached each dog with a wagging tail and a gentle nudge, making sure to show her appreciation for their hard work during the tough season. She made sure not to disturb Oscar and little Raina the youngest as they were really tired this morning apparently. As June went down the line, she noticed Gabby and Sky chatting away by the sled, their excitement palpable. June can't help but feel a surge of anticipation herself. She knows that these two are always eager to hit the training grounds and give their all. With a playful bark, she acknowledges their conversation, her tail wagging even faster. It's as if the trio is already in sync, ready to conquer any challenge that comes their way. Making her final rounds before their musher came outside she noticed Spirit had missed his morning check in. Making her way over to Spirit she barked authoritatively. “Spirit!”

‘That's the fifth time you've forgotten, Spirit!' June barked. Spirit hide his tail in embarrassment and refused to look at June in the eye, he let out a playful bark as if to say, 'That's probably the fifth and the last, June.' June sighs and licked him by the ear, 'Good Morning Spirit.' she said softly. Spirit felt her forgivement and changed his look to an excited one and laughs, 'Good Morning June! I was hoping for that list of games that we are going to play this off-season! Could you include the roller coaster ride?'

Mz stalked forward, his muscles rippling, "I want to see more sun, damit" he growled, he sat down near the other sled dogs, he flicked his ears and sighed, "I love the relaxing off season"

Gabby looks up and at sky and said " hi sky of course you can join " as she looks at her and smiles before saying " God I wish we can go and run its boring doing nothing " as she yawns before looking around before looking at the musher and sighed before saying " so how are you sky " as he looks at her curious about everything _ Gabby lays one her belly playing with the rope that holds them to the sled before letting it go before looking at sky she enjoys company and maybe she was wanting the same things as she stretches a bit before looking away and licks herself on the legs

Denali goes to a sunny patch and sits there, a light breeze making her thin fur ruffle majestically, the white star onher chest shining in the sun. She sighed and yawned, feeling bored and alone since everyone had pretty much paired up. She looked around and her tail twitched when she saw the sled, she could really use a nice run to stretch her legs, but she was very grateful for the welcome break after their great work.

Sky was relieved to have Gabby let her come in. She hopped into the sled and wagged her tail at June as she passed. "So... Do you like off-season? I sort of do, it's just a little boring." Sky said, hoping to make conversation. ~ Sky looked around at the commotion, satisfied that everyone was happy. Then she looked at Gabby out of the corner of her eye. Maybe they could be friends. Maybe they could talk normally like sisters, or something. But, no. Everyone she tried to make friends with turned her away. Like her last team...

Mz sat up, stretching his long back legs, he started to trot, moving on into a full sprint, the fluff on his body rippling in the wind. Mz slowed down, he was now further away from the other sled dogs, Mz sat down and gazed at the sky, watching the darkened clouds with a sense of awe
