I have a chestnut mare I was really hoping was hiding silver, but alas, no luck there XD

Lol indeed! To a degree I find many Smokey cremes and brown cremes to be able to tell if they're silver or not also, though not nearly as easily as Perlinos (:

Not all perlinos are silver though, which I found out recently too. I was breeding for a quest and driving myself crazy with this stallion. Then I gene tested him and found out he's not silver.

I love perlinos, simply for the fact that they are honest about their Silver-status haha

Every vitiligo I've ever encountered has the same pattern; they always have the spot on the ear, the cluster at the hindquarters, shoulder and across their face. The ear spot is the best way to tell early on (:

He's birdcatcher. Does vitiligo not show up on a gene test? I thought it did.

Hmm, they must've added new birdcatcher spots to the game then. I don't recognize that one as birdcatcher.

T'sani Mzi | 29 | XCT & RT | Open

T'sani had risen early, just before the sun rose. He had tacked Witch up quickly, and rode out to the pastures with a cobra in his hand. Not a literal one, of course. The string of six-odd horses was easier to control that expected, and practice helped a lot.

After letting them loose, he returned to grab a flask of rooibos tea and a rusk, all he ever had for breakfast. Then he hastily wrote a notice in an almost illegible scrawl to pin on the tackroom board: "Racing students, please meet T'sani Mzi at the shorter racetrack on your schoolhorses at 2pm."

Samantha Starr / Eventing / Mickey / M: Aria
Sam couldnt help but wince a little at the sound of a voice, spinning on her heel and instantly crossing her arms in her ever defensive manner,
"Of course - It's obvious..Obviously just my routine. You wont know about it - Only top eventers would know."
She waits few moments, hesitating as her eyes rest on the outstretched brush.Sam looked slightly flustered, but seemed to handle it outstandingly well, switching it quite easily into some kind of agressive snobbery. The strawberry-blonde was tempted for a moment to take the brush, and just turn her back away.Even Thank this stranger for pointing which one it was.But that would be weak right?
Instead she takes her tail brush from the floor, turning away without another word and continuing to tentatively streak lines in her gelding's usually flawless coat,as usual pretending to know what she was doing. It was hard to believe this girl was eventing at the levels she was - Evidently just due to her postition and horse's ability.
(She's so fun to write I swear xD)

Heather Proudstorm | 20 | Eventing | Nightmare "Prince" and Espresso Silhouette "Mystery" | School Horse: WO Descendants Of Khan "Khan" | M: Open

-Heather walked into the barn with her English riding clothes on with her helmet in her right hand, she would stop by Prince's and Mystery's stall to tell them good morning after giving them their morning treats then she walks off to go get Khan to let her horses relax for a while. She stops by Khan's stall and gently smiled at the black arabian as she gives the gelding a treat after petting his head gently then places his halter on before leading him out of his stall, closing the stall behind him before she leads the equine off towards the wash stalls to get him ready for excerising him first before taking him out for a trail ride for relaxation time-

-Heather lead the Arabian gelding into one the wash stalls before clipping the crossties on both sides of the halter before unattaching the lead from his halter. She heads off to the tack room to grabs Khan's tack plus his grooming kit as Khan calmly stood patiently since the gelding is very willing to wait for the woman to come back-

Liz|BR/W|Giant + Shadow|M: Heather, Aria

When Liz woke up, she looked out the window to see Aria trekking her way to the barn to get Ruby. The woman had gotten a call from her sister that home needed the gentle cremello back, and Aria hadn't taken it well. Liz thought that perhaps getting Aria a new horse would make her feel better.

Making her way to her horses, Liz passed Heather. She had talked to the other woman a few days past about going to a horse market. "Hey, I figured we'd get going in a few hours if that's alright with you. I wanna get to the good horses as soon as possible."

Astrid Elliot | 27 | XC | Bjorn | SH: Raven | M: Open

Astrid let out a small smile as she led the stocky horse out of his stall. She mounted him with a small effort then rode him out of the stables at a walk, Bjorn's head bobbing gently.

They made their way out towards the cross country course, still walking seemings as Astrid planned on warming Bjorn up slowly. Astrid nudged Bjorn into a paced trot as they reached the course, the terrain changing from soft grass and gravel to that similar of a forest. Bjorn was sped up into a canter as they made their way down the track, Astrid relaxing in the saddle.

They approached a jump and Astrid pulled herself into a two point position, smiling as the buckskin easily made his way over the jump. She lowered herself back into the saddle and steered Bjorn through the suddenly uneasy ground.

Heather Proudstorm | 20 | Eventing | Nightmare "Prince" and Espresso Silhouette "Mystery" | School Horse: WO Descendants Of Khan "Khan" | M: Liz, Open

-Heather would have just finished grooming & cleaning Khan's coat, mane & tail, and hooves before she had started tacking him up, taking his halter off after putting his bridle on in its place, slipping the bit into the gelding's mouth in the process. She would have heard Liz as she looked back and shyly nods- "Yeah, that's totally fine. I just need to take care of Khan and my other two horses first so my little sister can focus on Silver for the time being" -The brunette shyly said. She was excited to surprise Sandra with a new horse that she was getting her but she wanted to get the right horse that will just click with her little sister since she does Show Jumping which she knew which breed of horses to look for in that departmemt-

Jackson|XC|Brave|M: Astrid

The blonde man had arrived at White Oaks a few days prior. He'd met some of the other riders, and the instructor, T'sani. Smiling as he made his way to the stables, he walked forward until he saw Brave, the stunning pitch-black mare he'd been assigned to. Giving her a small tweet, she perked up her ears as he approached, sticking her head out in a request for pets. Stroking the mare's face, he gave her a small peck on the muzzle before turning toward the tack room. Gathering his equipment, he returned to the mare.

After he finished grooming her, Jacks led her out and mounted her, Brave throwing her head a tad. Directing her head both ways, he asked "would you prefer the dressage ring? or the cross country course?" pulling her head a little more in the direction of the course. Shaking her mane, she started toward the course, and Jacks kissed her into a canter. They rode smoothly, Brave transitiong quickly into a full out gallop. They came up to a jump and Brave cleared it with feet to spare. Jacks gave a chuckle. She sure loves to run. As they continued on, they passed a girl and her larger horse. Jacks waved as they sped past, Brave heeding the other pair no mind.

Astrid Elliot | 27 | XC | Bjorn | SH: Raven | M: Jackson, Open

Astrid watched a man and his horse pass her. She shrugged it off and kept their steady pace, trying her hardest not to push the young stallion too much. Astrid sighed and pushed her heels in, Bjorn heading into a steady canter.

They launched over another jump, landing with a small stumble. `` It's ok Bjorn-o.`` Astrid cooed, using his special nickname. Bjorn tossed his head nervously then calmed down as they rounded a right corner. Astrid raised herself again as they went over a wide tree log and smiled as Bjorn cleared it with no problem and landed flawlessly.

Alexander Littlewood | 19 | R/H&E | Payton

Alex stepped softly on the creaky wooden flooring, sticking to the edge of the long corridor. His silence had reason. If he was caught sneaking around in the girls' dorm at this time of day, there would be serious consequences, not to mention the moral impact.

Finally finding Payton's room, he resisted a victory yell as he carefully pushed the door open, breathing a soft sigh of relief when he saw an empty bed beside his friend. A curious roommate would have been just too much to handle. Tiptoeing to Payton's bed, he slipped the feather he had saved from his pocket and tickled her nose mischievously with it. "Wakey wakey," he murmured, a teasing expression on his pale face.

Heather Proudstorm | 20 | Eventing | Nightmare "Prince" and Espresso Silhouette "Mystery" | School Horse: WO Descendants Of Khan "Khan" | M: Jackson, Open

-Heather would be leading the black arabian towards the Cross Country course to do some XC with the Gelding which he seemed very excited about that. She halted him before mounting up while Khan started acting up like usual as he excitedly moves his feet before a few blows of a snort from his nostrils then she rode him over to the starting gate to see how he does over the courses but she brought Khan to a halt when she noticed that someone else was using it-

-Her green eyes caught sight of Jackson as she has never seen him around the barn before which she assumed that he's probably new. The young woman paid attention to the gelding again as he was very much ready to go from how much he was pawing at the ground, she patted his neck gently as she knew that they had to wait their turn since the new guy & his horse were already using it- "Easy Khan, I know you wanna run right now but we gotta wait." -Heather softly spoke to her school horse as he finally settled down a bit at least-
