We're glad you're back! We got a bunch of new people to join while you were gone :D . Emily | Eventing | Open . Emily wheeled herself from the arena back to the dorms, her arms burning with immediate pain after only seconds of pushing the massive chair, which seemed to have a mind of its own. It was so difficult just to push the chair that she wanted to throw something or cry--all of the core muscles, leg muscles, arm muscles--everything that gave Emily pride as an athlete and a rider were completely gone. For good, she assumed, for there was no way, despite her boyfriend's loving attempts, that she would learn to walk again. The prostetics were just a bandaid to cover up the obscene loss of body parts she'd lost, they wouldn't ever help her do anything. Whatever people wanted from her, she wouldn't partake in any part of it. |

*Huggles* Bless you both <3 ) Timothy Blue / EI / M: The blonde's hair had darkened from its lack of nourishment,hardly glistening the way it used to in the thin beams of Sun as his shadow drifted along the road beside him,hardly flinching at his phone's monotone beep.He had gotten it out unhurriedly,opening the screen to a contact.The same contact he ever wrote to,almost each day writing out a similar paragraph - each different but with the same speech.How sorry he was,How lonely he seemed.How much he needed this person by his side.But as he did each time he laboured over the writing,his finger quickly wiping it from the box. His eyes have a slow and saddened glance over tje screen,reading the message as he trundled along.His feet almost paused,But he settled into the stride again.Nevertheless there was a light spring - was it purposefullness to his walk that seemingly wasn't there before? (I have an idea that's a little cruel for both parties :3 ) |

Heather Proudstorm | 20 | Eventer | Nightmare & Espresso Silhouette | M: Kholo, Lesson Gang, Tim, Open . -Heather let out a sigh before heading over to the barn to say her goodbyes to Mystery since she was leaving with Prince to go compete at the Land Rover before she could retire the old boy. She walked over to the mare's stall and gently petted her- "I'm sorry girl, I wish I could take you with me but they probably wouldn't allow it. Hiding this from everyone was a bad idea but I don't blame them, I would be mad at my own self to...I'm not gonna leave just yet until I find someone that you'll be in very good hands with but it feels like I'm kinda all out of options.." -she let out a sigh- |

Ugghhh, here comes my posts :) Kholo Mzi | 33 | D / NH | Lesson peeps Kholo glanced at Cam sharply as he entered the arena arrogantly, her anger smoldering. She glared at him pointedly, her cool attitude echoing off her slim body. "Now that we're all here," She paused momentarily, before moving on. "We can begin. Cameron, I assume you haven't warmed up Stardust, so you will have to do so while the others carry on." She turned to the other students. "I want a nice extended trot from all of you. Precise, rounded and smooth. Got that?" She switched momentarily from instructor to friend, a kind smile glimmering on her face. Watching them respond, Kholo called out input from the centre. "Noah, keep your shoulders back. You're riding this like a warm-up, not a lesson. Savannah, give Mozart a little more rein. He hates being kept in." She paused, glancing past each teen before resting her gaze on Erin. "Erin, keep Zeus on the bit. He seems a little anxious." Her eyebrows furrowed slightly, watching the young man's every move. Was I wrong to give him Zeus? The thought niggled the back of her mind. Erin seemed like such a shy young man, always worried about making the right move, doing the right thing, being the right person. Zeus was a headstrong yet gentle-hearted gelding, but he needed firm handling. Is he up for the task? |

Heather Proudstorm | 20 | Eventer | Nightmare & Espresso Silhouette | M: Kholo (indirectly), Open . -Heather came out of the barn with Mystery as was leading the mare over to the trailer which the side door is open, letting the two exchange their goodbyes to each other before leading Mystery away to let Prince eat his hay. Heather would be leading the mare over to the pasture, once she lead Mystery inside the pasture she let her loose once she got the sky blue halter off of her. She watched the mare buck & kick playfully while she galloped around, the young woman left the pasture as she closed & locked the gate behind her before she started heading back to the trailer but she stopped to just watch the lesson for a bit while trying to think up an apology for Kholo as she did feel guilty for not telling her or anyone about the Land Rover Olympic Championships- |

T'sani Mzi | 28 | RI & XCCI | Zeus & Witch | Open T'sani walked comfortably to the barn, his fingers holding Witch's reins loosely. The black mare followed excitedly, her sides still heaving from the fast-paced ride. The pair entered the barn, loud nickers greeting them. A few horses poked their heads out dozily; the rest kept on munching on the hay nets. Witch flattened her ears, her tail swishing irritably. The black mare had never liked other horses, and now was not one of her good moods. T'sani tightened the reins slightly, chiding her. "Now's not the time to fight," he chided gently, tugging at the black leather. He quickly corrected himself. "Actually, never is the time to fight, Witch." The man unlatched the stall door softly, his voice low. "Then you'd be full of scratches and cuts." He led the mare in, the golden straw crunching beneath him. Witch followed easily, her black frame filling the stall. Loosenign the girth, T'sani pulled off his worn Bates saddle, the leather showing its age. He heaved off the royal blue numnah, before finally slipping the bitless bridle off the mare's well-shaped face. He kissed her soft nose gently, murmuring to her. "Be good, 'kay?" Witch responded by whickering softly, blowing into his face. Slipping out while Witch was preoccupied by her hay net, T'sani rested on the door momentarily, before walking away briskly. |
