"Correct" Mz studied the new dog, and narrowed his eyes, "just pray you don't turn out like him" Mz said growling at Bellamy, Mz's tail twitched and his hackles rose, "behave yourself if your gonna be on the team" Mz said walking away, ready to meet the other new dog

Cypress flicked his tail with a small snort as he stared the older dog in the eyes. "No one is alike, so I won't turn out exactly like him." He commented quietly, watching the dog walk away. His hackles bristled a little but he flattened them, letting out a small snort

"It is indeed, Finnish sled training is quite rigorous." Bellamy's tail swung side to side lightly with content. The large dog looked around, trying to figure out why they had been stopped for so long. The musher was nowhere to be seen — likely still inside of the vet's office. He was taking way too long for Bellamy's liking, but he didn't bother to complain about it. He wasn't the kind of dog who made many complaints. Letting out a snort at Mz's comment, Bellamy looked over at Cypress with an amused look before looking back at Mz. "Oh quit your grumbling, mutt. If you want to talk about an excuse for a role model, look at yourself. We wouldn't be stopped at the vet if it weren't for you." he growled, laying down and making himself comfortable. Tiger was led over to the other dogs. His half tail was tucked between his legs. The musher unclipped his leash and let him go. he turned to the other dogs but didn't say a word. He wtached though. He waited for someone to notice him. He was not one to make the first move. He prefered to stay to himself. He lay down and put his head on his paws and closed his eyes.

Sky, seeing Raina was occupied, shrugged and walked away. "See you later!" She yipped over her shoulder to her new friend. Sky didn't know what to do. What she wanted to do was run and pull a sled, but she couldn't do that right now. It would have to wait. Seeing Tiger standing alone, Sky decided maybe more friends was a good idea. ~ "Hi Tiger... I'm Sky, if you didn't remember. How are you?" She asked tentatively. She wasn't sure what to thing of this male dog, but maybe he was nice. She knew he was a Wheal Dog, but that was mostly it.

"I'm fine" Tiger snapped. Then he turned and walked away. He was still getting over the fact that he'd been sold. He sighed. Bill had owned him his whole life. He didn't want to go to anyone else. But here he was. Sitting alone he thought better of having snapped at the other dog. So he walked back over "I'm sorry for snapping at you but I've been through a lot. What's your name?"

Surprised at Tiger's reply, Sky stuck her tail under her legs. Why did she do that? She knew Tiger wasn't the nicest dog here. She should have known. Right as she was about to slink away, she saw Tiger coming back. She listened as he spoke, and thought about her words before se said them aloud. ~ "It's okay." Sky said, "We all have been through something or other that changes us. Anyway, I'm Sky." She let her tial wag the tiniest bit, to let Tiger know she was friendly and wouldn't bite.

"I'm Tiger as you already know. What's it like around here?" He looked around at all the other dogs. His last team had been alright. But he had heard Bill tell his wife that these dogs were champions and it was exactly what he needed. He looked around again. Most of the dogs looked really good. They were all obviously athletes. That was good. Maybe he would get to run more.

Mz snuffled around and walked up to the new dog ignoring Bellamy's words. He sniffed, "hi sky" he turned to look at the new dog, "Mz, yours?"

Cypress decided not to look taken aback and settled down onto his stomach again, observing the new male.+Tiger, snappy, sheesh+ He thought with a slight chuckle, watching the dogs converse. He had figured out the one female's name was Sky... which meant the other was Denali. That was his goal- to know them all. Cypress let his still aching tongue lollout of his mouth again as he relaxed.
