Flash was worried about Glory and Leo. It was mental agony waiting for them. When they returned with the blood he hugged both of them before asking them to take him to the medical ward where nurses could keep an eye on him during the re-changeing.

Lieutenant Dwyer

Glory grinned slyly as she replied, "Oh yes, and how amazingly you complained about your ear." She tilted her head and looked at him innocently, saying, "Who said I was trying to insult you?" The innocent look disappeared, replaced by an impish smile. "You seem awfully proud of your- what, half bottle of whiskey? I'm willing to bet that your 'kingdom' is more of a ghost town." She tried to give him a serious look but only half succeeded as she said, "High? Somewhat. Mighty? Very. Though just because you're reckless doesn't mean you're better than me, though I think right now we're pretty evenly matched, as much as I hate to say it." It was true, considering the height difference alone gave him an advantage. Oh well, a fox can outsmart a bear, which pretty well summed up a fight between them. "I'm starting to think you're right, though it absolutely will be easy," She said, rather morbid ideas already popping up, none of which she was bold enough to try, she was pretty sure she might give him a heart attack with a few of them. "I knew you would, considering you jumped in a cold lake at a dare," She said, the gears in her ever-plotting mind turner quicker now, owed in part to the painkillers wearing off.

Leo snorted quietly. "My ear was a problem. It's still chipped." He retorted, then smirked a little as she mentioned his "half bottle of whiskey." "How much you willing to bet? I'd say it looks more like the presidents funeral." He said innocently, then laughed, although it REALLY hurt and he vowed NEVER to do it again. Until he was healed, anyway. "You're right, high *COUGH COUGH TALL* is not the word to describe you." He snickered. "Then again, mighty doesn't really fit either." He mused lightly, then lifted his eyebrows. "And just because I spent the entire fight, already seriously injured, just saving your butt, I'd say I was doing pretty good." He snorted haughtily, but he couldn't help but grin as she finished the sentence. "Makes me want to fight all the more. Especially if I win." He winked, but he was a tiny bit wary of the look in her eyes. God, what was she planning, to murder him? "It will not be easy." He fixed her words before studying her for a moment, then slowly opening his Empathy power to see if he got a hint that would help. It didnt, really, except make him hope he didn't die, as he figured out sinister evil plotting is an emotion, apparently! "I'm not afraid of taking on a little dare, especially from you." He answered easily, and this would be the part where he walked out to start plotting, but he couldn't do that at the moment. He did have one good secret weapon, though, that he was tired of not using. A strong Empath would be able to make you feel any way they wanted with a flick of the wrist. A strong Conjurer could easily conjure humans and whole mountains, if they wanted. Someone strong in Strength would easily be able to move a mountain. He couldn't do any of those things. Even though his Major was strength, it was admittedly his weakest one of of his four powers. With Empathy, the most he could do was tweak emotions for a couple seconds- just enough to distract someone. As a Conjurer, the power faded fast, and he could only conjure very small, usually unalive things. However, he had a secret. One he had renamed to keep it that way. Battle Tactics- totally wasn't actually a power. If it was, what would it do, like, increase your IQ? That was stupid. No, he renamed that power. So people underestimated it. What it actually did was so, so much better, and it was by far his strongest power. No one ever noticed him using it when he did, and he always made up an excuse of how it was a different power. Hopefully Glory would continue underestimating him.

"Oh good lord, no it was not a problem," She said with a roll of her eyes. She thought a for a moment before saying, "10 bucks says you've got so little I could down it all in one night." She raised one eyebrow and lilted, "Which one, the president of your deer fan club?" She snorted, tilting her head and said, "That's not at all what I meant by high, but sure." She frowned at his next words and told him, "Gallivanting about almost immediately after being stabbed is not at all heroic, you know. There's a fine line between courage and recklessness, and we both know which side you fall on." She grinned widely at his comment, saying, "Yeah, if you win. When I win, you're gonna eat your words. It'll be sooo easy." His next words only hardened her resolve and gave her a few ideas as she said, "Oh really? I'm absolutely gonna test the extent of that." Her mind only picked up speed in its scheming, plotting, and planning. "Alright then, tomorrow night- I'm gonna kick your ass," She said with an almost evil smirk.

(Those last few sentences of yours have me shaking in my boots >>;)

Leo looked mighty pleased at her second sentence. "Then I just earned an eaaasy ten bucks. Unless you're an alcoholic- Glory, please tell me you're not." He teased, smirking. "Funny. No, I was talking about the president of Mars." He rolled his eyes, snorting quietly, then paused to focus completely on scheming. He glanced up at her insult, casting a glare her way. "Pfft, yes we do. Courage all the way!" He smiled innocently, then huffed. "Sorry for my mistake in words miss confident, I meant when I win. I'll put up a good fight for you, don't worry." He smirked, ideas filling up in his head. So. Many. Options. "I'll welcome you to your funeral." He playfully saluted her, then turned his gaze to the wall, thinking. So many ways to beat her. So many tricks. So much everything. Tomorrow, he would either lose or win. Pfft, no, he wasn't kidding anyone, he was totally going to win. He settled back slightly, his eyes slightly glazed over, as he was deeeeep in thought. There were so many options to do everything and anything. He did have one master plan though, just in case all else failed. Then, he had a fail safe plan behind that, and another one behind that. He probably needed more, knowing Glory.

Glory snorted, saying, "Well, my father was an alcoholic, and I seem to have inherited his tolerance for the stuff, but no, I'm not." She grinned slyly and said, "Not this president?" As she created a slightly larger-than-usual deer in the aisle between them, dressed in Leo's blue and yellow flowery outfit Glory had teased him about. It was somewhat similar to the previous deer fanclub, other than its less delicate face and shorter eyelashes, and it looked like it had a barbed wire tattoo around one front leg. She nodded to the deer and remarked, "He definitely wears it better. Oh, and his name's Chad." The deer gave Leo a chin-up nod, and said in its deer voice, "Wassup." She laughed out loud a little at her own creation, then said, "Right, courage." She tilted her head at his words and tried to look serious for even half a second as she told him, "I'm sure you will, but I'm still going to win." Any ounce of seriousness disappeared at his next words, and she responded with, "Don't count on that, you're not going to be doing any welcoming of any sort. Oh, and by the way, since you know I have wolfsbane daggers, do you know what happens if you get cut by one?" A mischievous grin played its way onto her face. She wouldn't actually use them on him, for a few reasons. The first being that its effect were terrible, and in some cases life threatening. The second being that poisoning your opponent was just downright dirty, and dishonorable. The third, and probably lamest reason, was that turning the plant into a smooth liquid thin enough to flow over the blade swiftly enough to be tainted several seconds after the initial stab but thick enough that it didn't just freeflow and spill out took quite a bit of work, heating them for just the right time and getting all the ratios right, thus making it a huge waste of precious resources.

Flash was growig impatient of Glory and Leo's bantering.

'Can you two lovebird friends of mine stop the insults and escort me to the infirmatory? Both of you need it too.' Flash told them, knowing that this would get their attention.

(Glory and Leo are in the infirmary already, I assume Flash might be either with Simara or a different wing of the infirmary better equipped for whatever the heck they gotta do<3)

Leo lifted his eyebrows, a little thankful to hear that. "That's good. Otherwise I would've lost ten dollars." He chuckled lightly. "I have a whole room full." He informed, then slowly looked at the deer. "Okay, Glory, it was hot out, and I was feeling imaginative. Don't keep bringing it up." He complained, then frowned. No, scowled. "He does not. I wore it amazingly. Don't criticize my ability to wear that oufit." He wanted to cross his arms angrily, but he couldn't move. "Chad is a TERRIBLE name for a deer!" He closed his eyes for a second, wincing. "That has been eternally burned into my brain..." He muttered, the image of a deer dressed like him saying 'wassup' flashing in his mind. It actually hurt. He ignored her next couple of words, still trying to scourge his mind of that horror. However, he did start to listen as she mentioned poisoning him. "I'm not an idiot, of course I know what happens if you get stabbed by a wolfsbane dagger. On that note, don't you DARE- I already feel like shit." He growled, although he wasn't actually irritated- he just wanted to get the point across. God, he didn't want that on top of everything else. Wolfsbane poisoning. Well, if he didn't DIE, it might even be worse. He let out a small huff at the thought, then grew silently thoughtful again. Later in the day, he ultimately would have to speak up. It'd help part of his plan work better.

Glory raised one eyebrow at him and said, "Well, no, because I still might try. You'll get your ten bucks but not before I try to drink it all. Wait, how do you have a room full? Do you have a walk-in closet full of bottles or do you take me for a sword swallower?" She snorted, grinning, as she retorted, "You're never gonna live that down."

She raised her injured hand as much as she dared, waving it at the deer, and changed Chad's outfit into a light blue silk dress, complete with lace ruffles. Then she gave him neatly curled auburn locks, spilling down his deer neck and over his forehead. Pleased with her work, and trying not to laugh, Glory said, "Alright, Chad, with his perfect name, has found a better outfit than anything you could pull off. I dare you to try." She was pretty sure he wouldn't, but he DID say he wasn't afraid to take on 'a little dare' from her. Chad opened his mouth again, this time saying, "Do it, bro." Then he stuck his little deer tongue out at Leo, taunting him.

Glory acted surprised and a bit confused as she replied, "You're not? Don't worry, I won't, mainly because you'd really feel like shit if you had the shits." She put one hand to her face, trying not to laugh. She'd chosen wolfbane over hemlock or something similar for that reason, if the stab didn't kill the Corrupted it was made to kill, they'd wish it had with the nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, among other symptoms. It was pretty terrible stuff, and had to be handled with extreme care, but it was soooo worth it.
