"Caden!" Rose said, getting up as he fainted. She ran over to him and caught his head before it hit the tile. She reached over and pressed the button, summoning the doctors to Caden's room

A ringing brought Caden back to reality. "What the heck just happened?I fainted and started remembering stuff.Huh,weird." He says,looking at Rose before standing and rubbing his temples.

"You okay?" She asked, watching him stand. "What do you mean you started remembering things?" She asked, walking up to him

"It feels like a feverdream but,its just memories.That one was when I fist met you and gave you my number." He mutterd,just as confused as Rose was.

"You need to sit down in case it happens again." She muttered, sitting down on a chair. She put her head back in her hands before looking up at Caden. "Why would your mind be reminding you of those things?" She asked, confused. "Your best guess?"

"Heck I don't know.Its just going through all my memories." He hushed his voice. "Now I dread of the day I remember these past few weeks." He muttered quietly,knowing Rose would understand.

Rose nodded, walking over to him and taking his hand. "It's fine. I'll be here." She said, smiling at him. "I'm thinking of getting into college. Maybe play volleyball with people who give a shit." She muttered, looking down

Caden smiled,trying to cover up. "Good choice.I need to start applying for college to." Caden answered,grabbing his phone.

Rose dropped his hand. "I'll be right back." She said, looking at her phone that was buzzing. "It's, um, my brother." She muttered, walking out into the hall. She was surprised Caden hadn't noticed the marks that Luke had given her when Luke had hit her. She sighed and answered the phone.

"Yes?" Rose said, already upset he had called.

"Where are you?" Luke questioned

"Nowhere that concerns you."

"You're my bitch of a sister, of course it concerns me."
"And nobody said you were any better."

"I'll fucking find you." Luke growled, hanging up.

Rose sighed, put her phone in her pocket, and took a deep breath, putting on a poker face so she wouldn't have her fear or anger show infront of Caden

"Repeat to me what your brother said?" His tone stern,slightly demanding,a furrow in his brow. "I'd rather keepyou safe while im not." Caden said,tone the same.
