@Red, I'm at work now and I'm freezing. My current base layer isn't cutting it. I need something warmer.

Bird Yes it’s a very…pungent smell. And plus it’s so cold in the labs too. I’d get terrible running noses and have to scrub out to blow my nose every 10 mins
Whitewolf
Red ugh I had to deal with that plenty and I agree with the headaches. We had to do a the collection of 40 specimens’s both pinned and in a jar of it so that was fun

I took a Russian class where we started with 9 people and I'm the only one who finished it >.<
Red Hill Hollow
Bea, That’s a shame :( my uni is the only one in my state and possibly the country that offers cadavers so I’m very privileged
deadwood dressage
My favorite class I have ever taken was Russian history in the 19th and 20th centuries. I adore Russian history, it's just not my main focus

@Red, the smell was so strong i could taste it. >.< I occasionally eat something and it reminds me of it.

Fang, I’d take the cadavers haha only issue is the smell of formaldehyde 🥲 I’d have horrible headaches from it

Nazi Germany ended up being a class focused on the political decisions leading up to the development of Nazi Germany which is significantly more interesting than beating a dead horse (ww2 nazi occupation)
Womplekins
My university is more geared towards engineering so our class options are super limited, I'm so jealous of the classes you got to take! I've always been fascinated by Ancient Egypt and mummies I would have *loved* taking that mummified remains class
CarterStables
Deadwood, Oh that's super interesting!! My great grandfather was a WWII vet so I'm a big WWII nerd.
Red Hill Hollow
Yeah we worked with cadavers every lab, was a very eye opening experience. But it taught me how freaking cool the human body is
deadwood dressage
I love history because I've gotten to take some super cool classes. Nazi Germany, Civil Rights history, dungeons and dragons (medieval myth class), I did a whole class on the study of mummified remains and what it tells us, it's so cool
SandWitch Arabians
I had a chance to go on a dig with Bob Bakker once. It was a wonderful experience and ever since, loved digging up fossils of all kinds.
Hummingbird Meadows
@Red, I struggled with my cadaver lab class. It brought up some trauma I experienced. =(
Whitewolf
Red that reminds me, I got to see the new cadaver my semester back lol interesting anyway
The Old Gods
Human physiology was fun. One of the professors brought in a preserved brain during the neuro section.
