The woman sort of have a small chuckle, gently nudging his side playfully. "You can't say that about our rulers," she mused softly. She then pecked his cheek softly. "Besides, Satan managed crate you with the fire of hell so you're in the same boat," she mused gently to him. She then gave a small hum. "Hopefully it is good," she chirped to the boy as she handed him the little tray. She then pouted softly to him, giving a small chuckle as she moved to cuddle into him gently. "Well you don't have to move for a little while. We have a few hours until we dock," she chirped softly to him.

Sage sort of just snorted in response to her comment and shrugged. "I just did, and I meant it," he mused before chuckling slightly in response to her next comment, giving her a mischievous grin. "At least I'm pretty," he giggled, really just joking around. But, he did think that the king and queen only had so many grey hairs and wrinkles because they just scowled all the time. "If it smells good, it'll taste good," he noted when she mentioned the food, snuggling up when she curled in a bit more, humming lightly when she said they had some time. "Good," he hummed lightly. "You're warm," he added with a sort of chuckle.

The worman scoffed playfully, sort of absentmindedly going to play with the air on the back of his neck. "I'm not sure then would appreciate you said that," the woman mused as she went to peck his cheek happily. "You are pretty. Satan did a good job making you," Mari snickered. The woman took a deep breath in, nodding in agreement. It did smell good... plus, it'd be the last meal of their holiday so it would have to taste good too. "It had better taste good," she then added with a little laugh. She cocked her head at him when he sort of nestled into her. "As long as I'm you're personal radiator, I suppose," she then mused.

Sage sort of just shrugged in response to her comment, humming slightly as if in thought. "They already don't like me so I doubt anything I could say would make them hate me any more," he noted with a slight twinge of amusement to his voice. He sort of just rested his head on her chest lightly, more than happy to lay there and let her so as she pleased with his hair. He snorted in amusement when she mentioned their joke again, and then grunted in agreement to her food comment. "It looks good," he mused before chuckling lightly in response to her next comment lightly, certainly glad for the time they'd had together.

The woman sort of just chuckled and shook her head after a moment. "I don't think they hate you that much babe. You know, the king has barely said a word to you. How bad can it be?" She hummed lightly as she moved to rest her hand lightly on the nape of his neck. "And you're not that unlikeable," the woman laughed softly to him. She then gave him a big grin. "Last meal of the trip. Probably the last meal we'll have in quiet for a little while, too," she chuckled happily to him before moving to peck his head happily.

Sage chuckled lightly and gave her a grin. "he saw enough of me to know he didn't want to be in my vicinity," he noted with amusement before humming lightly in repsonse to her next comment. "You're biased," he mused lightly, pecking her cheek happily. "I miss the kids and our house and all the animals, though I do admit I like the silence of our little trip," he mused lightly before nodding and reaching over to pick at it. "it's good," he chirped, not moving from Mari but picking at the food too.

The woman sort of shook her head at him, gently patting his shoulder. "Well, good thing he doesn't have to be in your vicinity, hm? Just means he doesn't catch your crudeness then," she mused lightly to him after a moment or two. The woman then pouted at him. "Am not. Loads of people love you! Me, the doctor, the kids, my parents, Anya... I'd like to think we all get on pretty well," she teased, kind of resting her head on his head when he went to pick up the food. "To be fair, the kids have started grow out of that whole loudness thing. We may get to eat in peace soon enough," she added with a laugh.

Sage sort of just chuckled lightly and nodded in response to her comment about the king, popping another bit of food into his mouth before answering. "that's probably a good thing," he noted lightly before grunting in response to her protest. "And you're all biased," he laughed, shaking his head slightly, though not enough to move from under her head. "True," he hummed when she mentioned the kids. Silas was already mostly out of the babbling all day stage, though he was still pretty bubbly and made for good conversation at the dinner table. Liz was still young, but quieter than Silas had been at that age. He loved them both though, of course,

The woman sort of rolled her eyes, a small amused hum escaping her after a moment or two. "Oh, babe. You know you only have a negative affect of weak minded people... and the king has anything but a weak mind," she cackled before moving to peck his lips happily. She sort of pouted at him and went to sit up a little. "The doctor is biased towards no one," she mused lightly to him. "I am, though," she hummed lightly to him. She sort of smiled at the thought of her kids... she reslly did love them. Silas was definately more bubbly in the way that she was, while Liz was more like her father personality wise.

Sage chuckled lightly in response to her comment, throwing her an amused glance at her comment about the king. "I dunno about that one, the queen runs the whole show," he mused lightly before giving her a grin. "The doctor likes to act like he likes no one, but he definitely picks favorites," he mused fondly, snickering when she mentioned she was biased. "If you married me it means to automatically have to be biased towards me," he teased her lightly, just enjoying their little bit of time they used left before docking.
