Sage hummed with a cock of his head. "If it protected Liz wouldn't it protect the ones literally inside you," he asked. "Besides...you're not really showing. Would they even know you're pregnant?"

Celeste Harlow-Acker - "My smell is different when I'm pregnant," she replied. "It would protect them if you gave me a love bite after they were born, but while they're still inside of me and my body is connected to them. So, the venom that you would be putting inside me, would be shared with them while their still inside, which could possibly kill them if it was too much, or when they are born, they could see you as a romantic interest, not their dad. Because the love bite is a mating bond, not a parent-child bond,"

Sage grunted when she mentioned she smelled different, having forgotten that fact. He nodded along in response to her comment, wrinkling his nose slightly when she explained why she wasn't sure if was a good idea. "Maybe not then," he thought out loud, flopping back into the couch with a sigh. "I'll work on it," he noted with a shrug. There had to be a way around the rules...and he was pretty good at finding the loop holes.

Celeste Harlow - Celeste pursed her lips together. "Okay, I'll keep reading, in the meantime," she sighed, going over to their stacks of books. She found one with the title of Crossbreed Fairytales and Myths. The book wasn't exactly non-fiction, but it was more fun to read than the others.

Sage nodded and scooted over to make room for her, and taking Liz sk she could read. "If you find anything interesting let me know," he noted before just letting his brain run.

Celeste Harlow-Acker - Celeste nodded, " 'K" she replied simply, diving into the book.

Sage sort of just let his mind wander as he occupied Liz. He did wish he'd be more helpful reading the books....but he just couldn't. It was too hard to get through that much. Celeste didn't mind, he knew, but still....maybe he should attempt to go back to school and work on that. Of course, to get any sort of schooling he'd have to read.

Celeste Harlow-Acker - Celeste stretched out on the couch, reading her little book. She didn't find anything in the vampire fairytales so she moved onto the werewolf fairytales. She still found nothing there, so she moved on to other creatures.

Sage eventually got tired of trying to think through this for so long...he had a bit of a headache. So he moved to set Liz down in her play pen and snuggle up to Celeste, peering at the page she had open even though he couldn't read. It had some pictures though so whatever. "Anything even remotely interesting in there," he asked quietly after a moment or so.

Celeste Harlow-Acker - Celestes brows knit together as she read a story of a Solarian, one kind of the bird-people. "Yeah, there's this one about a Solarian, but thats all..."
