The woman gave a bit of a pout, a little chuckle and moved to peck his lips again. "I'm hardly delusional," she mused gently to him, sort of moving to rest her head on one of her fists when he pulled her head towards him. When he moved to kiss her, though, she sort of let out a little chuckle, though it was sort of muffled by him. She just seemed happy all around, she supposed... just being here was nice. When his kisses got firmer, she just giggled childishly, pulling away from a moment before just looking him over, a stupid grin soon overcoming her face again.

Sage sort of gave the girl a pout when she pulled away after a few minutes, though he of course wasn't actually upset. "What,you ask for kisses and then don't want them," he huffed dramatically, though cocked his head curiously with a sort of a chuckle. "What," he asked with slight amusement.

The girl just chuckled at him, sort of shaking her head and moving to cup his cheek then peck his lips playfully. "I always want your kisses," she mused softly to him before moving to flop on him again. "What do you mean, what?" She asked with a cheeky little grin. "I can't just stare at my absolutely gorgeous husband?" She asked with a little cackle. "I've never met anyone so handsome," she hummed lightly. It was stupid, she saw him every day, but she still thought it, and she still thought he was the most perfect person she'd come across.

Sage sort of chuckled, rather amused at how the girl was acting. It was funny, for sure...but the flush she had on her cheeks was definitely rather adorable. He was sure his face was somewhat red too, but he was rather focused on her at the moment. "Mari, you're drunk," he sort of giggled, cheeks reddening at her comment. Though, it was nice to hear, so he sort of just hugged her against him tighter, more than happy with it all.

The woman sort of kocked her head at him before moving to peck his nose playfully, a little chuckle escaping her when he hugged onto her tighter. "I'm not drunk!" She mused, though she pretty clearly was. She was just giddy she supposed. And messing about with her husband just made her happier. "Do you not think you're the most handsome person ever?" She asked with a chuckle before moving to another of his lips playfully. "I think you are," she added again, a little chuckle escaping her after a moment or two.

Sage simply chuckled in response to her comment, giving her a rather giddy looking grin and nodding best he could with her hands and face there. "Yes, you most definitely are, babe," he noted with amusement before kissing her back and then humming in response to her comment. "I think you're crazy," he teased her lightly before kissing her back again happily.

The woman sort of pouted at him after a moment or two. "Noo," she grumbled after a moment before shaking her head at him. She kind of flopped to the side and moved to settle down next to him, still very much curled up with him when he went to peck her lips. "You're so handsome though," she complained. "I wish you knew how handsome you where," she added with a very childish pout.

Sage chuckled lightly in response to her comment and nodded. "Yessss," he protested happily, really just enjoying messing around with her. Though, at her comment, he sort of just chuckled and pecked her head. "Well I have to believe you at l ast a little bit," he mused lightly, nestling into her with a content sigh, just taking a deep breath in, happy to just be able to breathe in her scent and be there with her.

The girl just sort of gave him a childish pout before curling into his chest the way she always had, slipping her hand up his shirt and around his back and just getting comfortable... she found that wasn't something did anymore. She never held onto him this way, although she used to do it all the time. She gave him s little smile before shaking her head. "Just a tiny bit," she agreed softly. "Most perfect man alive," she hummed softly.

Sage felt a smile creep onto his face when he felt her hand slide under his shirt, and he relaxed into the girls touch happily. She hadn't been doing that as often, he supposed ...for whatever reason. Probably simply that by the time they went to bed they were just exhausted from running the property and managing the kids. But he had missed it, more than he had known. "Well it's a good thing you're so perfect too then," he hummed, admittedly rather tired now that he'd relaxed against her.
