Lorelei looked up at him, concerned. "Hey, hey, hey, its okay, you're okay. Everythings fine," she reassured him gently. "Did you have a bad dream?" she asked.

"I don't remember...I'm scared..." He said, him beginning to drown

Lorelei gave him a soft, worried looked. "Hey, you're okay," she whispered. "You're okay, you're just having an anxiety attack," she explained softly, leaded him back over to the bed. "Kai, tell me 5 things you can see," she spoke softly. (The 54321 method is a was to help stop anxiety attacks)

"You, the bed, the pillows, my shoes, your eyes." He rattled off

Lorelei smiled and nodded softly. "Okay, now two deep breaths," she whispered, helping him through it. "Tell me 4 things you can touch," she said softly after he'd taken his deep breaths.

Kai nodded and followed her directions. "The floor, the bed, you, and I don't know"

Lorelei rubbed his hand gently. "You can touch the blankets, right?" she offered softly. She led him through another two deep breaths before asking another question. "Can you tell me 3 things you can hear?"

"Your voice, your breath, my heartbeat" He said, quieter

Lorelei nodded and smiled, "Good," she whispered encouragingly. She guided him through two more breaths, "Can you tell me 2 things you can smell?"
