"Are you cold, my love?" He asked, standing and getting dressed
| |

Morgan nodded slowly, a small yawn escaping her. "Cold and tired," she whispered, sitting herself up a little when he stood.

Caleb nodded and took her to the car before getting in and driving to her place. He got out and glancd at her with a smirk. He scooped her up, carrying her to her room and laying down beside her

Morgan yelped as he scooped her up, but once on the bed passed out pretty much instantly, completely exhausted.

Sry, visiting family) Caleb held her close as he fell asleep.
| |

Morgan curled up under the the covers, one of her hands wrapping around his chest as he flopped down next to her.

Caleb fell asleep and dreamt about his parents again. He wasn't able to stay silent, muttering and pleading in his sleep. He trembled and turned away from Morgan, a light sweat breaking out over his skin as his childhood plus worse played in his mind

Morgan slept peacefully for most of the night, although when the bed suddenly got hot and Caleb turned away from her, she gave a soft sigh. "Caleb, baby," she breathed softly, sitting up a little. When he started muttering and pleading, though, she gave a soft sigh. "Caleb," she repeated, resting a gentle hand on his shoulder.

Caleb couldn't wake, knowing that at the end when he would in the morning that the fear would be fresh and he'd keep to himself for a while
| |

Morgan sighed gently when he didn't wake, and quickly shifted the covers and replaced them with a lighter blanket, hopefully trying to keep the sweat at bay. She squeezed his shoulder a little tighter, trying one last time to wake him up. "Baby," she whispered gently.
