The woman sort of shook her head at him, kind of moving to peck his lips with a small chuckle. It was a bit cheesy, but she sort of loved it. Of course, she never wanted to feel like he needed something to stay here for... she never wanted him to feel like he didn't want to stay here, either, but it did sort of make her feel good that she had been a good enough reason, as selfish as that sounded and maybe was. She looked over at him after a moment with a little smile as she patted his chest. "Oh, Sage, you love us," she mused lightly as she sort of flopped back onto the sand.

Sage gave the girl his normal dorky grin in response to her kiss, chuckling lightly in response to her comment and then flopping down and onto his back next to her. "Oh, I put up with you," he mused, really just joking around. It was obviously he loved them...Mari was his wife and the mother of his children, and Anya was like a sister to him. They were both so important to him, they really were.

The woman could only grin at him when he gave her that big grin of his. "Ohhh Sage you're so adorable," she babbled lightly to him before moving to pat his chest lightly. She looked over at the sea after a moment before giving a little chuckle "Oh, that's reassuring," she mused softly before sort of shaking her head. "We do need to go visit the castle at some point. I miss the old man," she complained with a little laugh.

Sage rolled his eyes slightly in response to her comment, a light blush taking over his features. "No, you're adorable. I look like some kind of lovesick dog," he noted with amusement, knowing dogs were plenty cute in and of themselves. He hummed lightly when she mentioned visiting the castle, nodding in agreement. 'im sure we will soon," he mused. "We only have tomorrow left here anyway," he added with a sort of shrug. And he had to admit....he loved it here, but he was somewhat eager to get back to the kids. And amber and the horses, too, of course. And their little house, and his own bed. This trip had been wonderful though, so he certainly wasn't complaining they'd gone.

The woman grinned at him, his little blush sort of making her chest warm up, a sort of little squeal escaping her the way it would a crushing teen. "Maybe, but god you're just so sweet," she Hyannis happily, patting his chest and pecking his lips again. "And dogs are absolutely adorable!" She chuckled lightly to him. She gave a little nod in agreement. She absolutely loved their time here, but it was definitely time to get back to their kids. And their house, and little old Amber. She smiled to him after s moment. "We need to make the most of tomorrow then," she hummed lightly.

Sage groaned slightly when she just got a bigger grin on her face, though he couldn't help but laugh at her squeal. "Only to you," he noted with amusement. "You get preferential treatment," he added with a chuckle, pecking her cheek lightly. He hummed lightly and nodded in agreement to her comment about the next day. "What do you want to do then," he asked, not really minding. He'd like to take another walk through the woods on the other side of the property at some point, but that probably wouldn't take all day.

The woman gave a bit of a silly grin after a moment before shaking her head. "Aww, am I your favourite?" She asked lightly, sort of going to press a few playful kisses to his face. She looked down at him after a moment... she really was just so lucky to have him. She didn't even realise half the time... but she really was. She could have done anything with his life, absolutely anything, but he'd chosen to share it with her. She couldn't be more grateful... because she really did love him in a way she could never love anyone else. It was so strange that someone could mean so much to her... she loved the kids, of course she did, and they made up s huge part of her world, but her husband was also a pretty big part of that world. She was drawn out of her thoughts after a moment, though, and sort of f cocked her head. "Oh.... I didn't think that far ahead," she mused as she sort of started to fiddle with one of the longer bits of his hair. "We could always go out for dinner or something then come beck here, but I really don't know," she chuckled softly.

Sage chuckled lightly in response to her comment and gave her a grin. "Absolutely," he chirped, pecking her cheek lightly and sort of giggling when she pressed her kissed around his face. "you're the bestest wife I could ever have," he declared, in an admittedly just silly kind of dramatic tone of voice. It was true though, and she knew it. But he could still have some fun. He hummed lightly in thought when she mentioned she didn't know what she wanted to do, and he nodded when she suggested food. "I want to explore the other side of the island a bit more," he mused. "We could do that, then go out to dinner, and just enjoy the beach a bit after that. Then get a good night's sleep," he suggested with a shrug.

The girl gave a small chuckle to him before giving a happy little grin at his giggle... it really was adorable. She moved to peck his nose again though, giving a thoughtful hum. "I don't think bestest is a word babe," she teased lightly, knowing full well he was just joking. The pouted after a moment and sort of pecked his nose again. "And I certainly hope that I'm the only wife you're gonna have!!" She mused lightly, pecking his cheek again before playing with a longer strand of his hair... though, it was all long now. She sort of really liked it. She looked over at him after a moment before pouting at him. "That sounds lovely." She looked up for a second before chuckling. "Then we can make our long, long trip back," she mused.

Sage sort of just grinned over at her in response to her comment. "Well, I think it sounds funny so I'll use it anyway," he chirped, still just messing around a bit. He chuckled lightly and nodded in response to her comment. "Me too, because that would mean you were gone and I wouldn't want that," he noted before nodding in agreement to her other comments. "Maybe it will have warmed up back home by now a bit," he noted with slight amusement.
