| Oh god yeah and rugs. I now understand why my parents were always so grouchy if a rug got dirty LOL. just got a lucky ass deal a couple days before xmas where we got rugs for 50% off and it was still 280 for only two of them X.X one was a 400 dollar rug the other was 160 |

| It's fine. I've been saving up and I have a little over 130k in my money market. House itself + all the moving fees is 110k or so |

| fortunately both my husband and I are in construction as our careers so we can do a lot and understand a lot of it, his "specialty" is plumbing, mine is steelworking so hes a little more equiped to the innards of a house.. hes also been to some electrical classes and my dad was also an electrician so we just need to get the parts and we can do the labor.. but I couldnt imagine having to pay for parts and labor for a house X.x |

| Most of the trees that are getting taken out need to go anyway since they're under the electric lines or are steadily rotting. As much as I like the pine tree, it's probably 150 feet tall and if it goes down, it'd do a lot of damage. |
