Max just chuckled, smirking.

Kylie pouted. "Fine, no more for you then," she got up, going to the bathroom.

"Wait what--" He questioned, watching as she left.

"You heard me!" she called back, getting ready for the day. She came back to the bedroom, fully dressed.

"Well damn," He chuckled, getting up as well and getting dressed.

She wandered to the kitchen, slightly irritated with Max.

Max shut up the second he saw her mad, following into the kitchen a few minutes later, fidgeting slightly. "Were you. . . saying that in, like a joking tone or should I have taken it serious? Because I just assumed you were messing around so I was too but now you're irritated and i'm not sure why." He explained quietly, leaning against the counter slightly. He nodded, grabbing a RedBull before sitting on the couch and handling work emails and such. She hadn't really told him---or at least, he thought she hadn't? Had she? She said she did, which means she did say it but, he didn't think she did but he knew she did. Max rubbed his temple, pushing it aside as he saw all the meetings coming up.
