Sage felt his lips turn up into a smile when Mari curled in a bit more and hummed lightly when he felt her lips on his neck. He moved to rest his chin on the top of her head lightly, settling down again after that. That was pretty much the extent of their conversation for a while....they were both still rather sleepy as far as he could tell. That, and they were enjoying themselves too much to ruin the moment. They'd have to get up and eat at some point, but whatever. It was just nice to know they didn't have many responsibilities for a while.

Mari smiled gently before sort of moving to press her lips to his collar, then slowly drifting in and out of sleep again. She really was exhausted, and it was nice just to relax for a little while. She woke up maybe an hour later, still tucked up to him snuggly. She groaned softly, and sort of moved to sit up a bit more, just trying to wake up slowly.

Sage sort of just stayed where he was at for a while, though when Mari woke and sort of shifted around, he grunted a sort of greeting, rolling over onto his back. Though, he still had his arms wrapped around her snuggly. He wasn't exactly wanting to just get up and drop her now that they were waking up a bit more. It was a sort of amusing thought, he supposed. "hey," he sort of hummed quietly, yawning before looking over at her happily, alibet still a bit sleepily.

The girl smiled lightly at his little greeting, and sort of flopped back down when he wrapped his arms around her. She smiled and moved to press a lighter kiss to his lips, a small chuckle escaping her. "Hey," she murmured as she settled back down ontop of him, sort of burying her nose into his chest again. "Sleep well?" She asked gently before going to wrap her arms around his shoulders happily.

Sage sort of jsut chuckled when the woman moved to clamber on top of him and settle down again. He hummed a sort of greeting, chuckling in a sort of just a happy way before nodding lightly in response to her comment, pecking the top of her head lightly and leaving his nose in her hair. "Yeah," he hummed happily. "How about you," he added after a moment. She'd obviously slept just fine, but it was still nice to ask, he supposed. And it wasn't like there was much else to say....they were quite happy here.

The woman groaned softly in response and sort of nodded, knowing that wasn't really a response but it was something, she supposed. She sighed and moved to press a soft kiss to his collar again, a small smile spread across her face. "Good," she murmured, a comfortable sigh escaping her. She was glad about all of this. It had been a few days now, but she couldn't believe that they were actually somewhere like this. Somewhere so amazing. She sighed and moved to press another light kiss to his lips. "Love youuu," she hummed happily.

Sage sort of hummed lightly, nodding slightly in response to her comments. Of course, he kissed her again in response to her comment, leaving his face close to hers after. "I love you too," he hummed in a sort of tired but kind of flirty tone. She could take it as teasing or serious...he didn't much care. But he wasn't exactly closed off to a response on her part either way. They were awake enough to mess around by then, he supposed. It had been a wonderful couple of days, it really had been. And he knew they'd enjoy anything else they did, too.

The girl grinned at his comment and moved to peck his lips again before settling down, a small laugh escaping her. "I don't know if I belive you," she chuckled at him before moving to curl up against him again. Obviously, she knew he did, but there was no reason she couldn't joke about a little bit. He certainly wouldn't have taken her on a retreat like this if he didn't love her a little bit. The idea of it all did amuse her, though... if she was to be completely honest, it was more in play than anything else.

Sage sort of pouted in a playful manner in response to her comment, blinking up at her in a fake sort of innocent look. "Aw, well how could I ever convince you otherwise," he whined, wrapping his arms around her waist happily. He was awake enough to mess around by now....so why not? If it led to something else, he was more than up for it by now. They'd just messed around up until this point, so he was certainly open to something a bit more serious, of sorts. Of course, if that didn't happen, he wouldn't be too upset...he was just glad to mess around with Mari. And she knew that.

Mari sort of lifted her head after a moment and pouted at him. "If you really loved me you'd figure it out," she hummed lightly as she sort of slipped off him and flopped down next to him. "You obviously don't live me that much," she giggled lightly, just happy to mess around a little. It had been a while, so she wouldn't care if nothing came of it... she just wanted to mess around with her husband for a little bit, even if it was just to get some amusement out of it.
