Sage sort of hummed lightly in response to his comment smiling and squeezing her gently in response to her comment, chuckling slightly in response to her peck and humming "I love you too," before letting out a kind of content breath and just....staying still for a while. It was just so nice out, and the sun felt so nice on his skin....and Mari was curled up with him, so really it couldn't get much better. It honestly didn't take long for him to drift off, and while he wasn't planning on falling asleep again, he wasn't at all opposed to it either. It was quite nice, really. Besides, he'd get a good tan in at least. It was sort of a joking thought as he drifted off, but he supposed it was true.

Mari sighed and sort of moved to close her eyes. it was an accident, really, but soon enough she ended up falling asleep... she was pale, and worried they'd get burned but in all truth that wasn't a massive concern for her. She woke up a few hours later, pretty much laying ontop of her husband at this point, but... oh well. She sort of groaned and moved to tuck her head into his chest. "Hey," she whispered softly to him.

Sage hadn't noticed much until she sort ofspoke up, and then sort of groaned when he opened his eyes to see the sun still shining. He stretched slightly before settling down again and pecking the top of her head gently. "You fell asleep too," he sort of mumbled before chuckling. It was silly really, but whatever. He didn'tind and Mari didn't seem to mind either.

Mari sighed and sort of shook her head. "Yeah of course I did," she huffed softly to him. "You're kinda really comfy," she murmured softly to him. "And I have a secret for you," she hummed in a more teasing manner. She was a bit more awake now... which was good, to be honest, she was much happier now. "Do you wanna know," she purred in a more childish tone as she sort of moved to peck his nose in a much more playful manner.

Sage sort of chuckled in response to her comment, yawning and shifting slightly so he could peer up at her when she moved. He raised an eyebrow slightly in response to her saying she had a secret, chuckling slightly and grinning in response to her peck before cocking his head slightly, eyes still waking up but definitely playful. "And what would that secret be, my love," he mused lightly, really just glad to wake up to warmth and joking and not having to be anywhere or do anything. Really, it was just nice to act childish again. He was probably too old for that, but he didn't care. He wanted to have some fun.

Mari sighed and sort of moved to pout at him, sort of half hovering over him, though pretty much laying on top of him where she was comfortable. "Well... I may have a tiny little crush on you," she chuckled childishly, really just looking to amuse herself more than anything. "Maybe a massive one," she giggled softly, still tired but more than anything.

Sage couldn't help but laugh at the girl's comment and grin up at her, tilting his head up to press a lingering kiss to her lips with a light hum. "You married me," he snorted. "I'd say it's a little bit more than a crush," he teased her lightly. It was true, too....but they were joking around and he was more than happy to do so, so he could keep it going. He stayed laying there, since she was practically on top of him, and he could t really get up easily even if he tried. Unless he pushed her off or something and that wasn't going to happen. That was fine though, he was nice and warm right where he was at. "You just loooove me," he chirped, still just teasing the girl.

Mari girl sighed and sort of moved to press a few light kisses to his lips. "But I still have a massive crush on you," she huffed to him, a sort of childish grin spread across her cheeks. It was just to amuse herself more than anything, she thought. And in all truth she just didn't want to be bored, and playing around was one way to stop that from happening. Plus, while she did love him, and were obviously married, she could still be crushing on her husband this way.

Sage sort of chuckled in response to her comment, humming happily in response to her kisses and giving her a wide grin. "Id certainly hope you still do," he mused lightly. "It makes me feel much better about my love life," he joked, though it did have some extent of truth to it all. He sort of just moved to wrap his arms around her happily and drag her down a bit more so she sort of just got pressed against his chest before letting out a sort of content breath. "I'm definitely still crushing on you," he noted with amusement. She'd never know exactly what it was like, he supposed....but he did seek her approval with everything he did. If she didn't seem to like something it sort of freaked him out.

Mari gave a stupid little grin before moving to peck his lips happily, just sort of flopping down on him when he pulled her down, and sort of moved to tuck her head under his chin. She looked up at him after a moment and gave a happy little grin. "Oh, you do, do you?!" She asked him with a grin. "Well, that makes me feel a whole lot better," she chuckled softly to him. "Good, it should. And if my love life wants to get any better the guy I'm crushing on may or may not ask me out on a date... say tonight?"
