Faeler smiled back, the king moved out the door, walking towards the royal court yard, once they entered the court yard his father plopped down into the grass where drinks had been set up for them

Akira followed the king while still holding Faelers hand. She looked around as they entered the court yard it looked dry out there but still it was pretty. She sat down in the grass looking at all the drinks that were set up "I get the feeling ya'll do this a lot" She said with a small chuckle

Faeler nodded, "yes, we do this very, very often" the king shrugged, "hey, it was my version of father son bonding time, it was the only thing I could come up with when you were four, alright?" He said with a chuckle,

"Wow I wish I had my first drink at four, I think my first drink was at 15 and I've been hooked ever since" She said with a small laugh. She found it amusing how the two got along it was nothing like the way her and her father interacted

Faeler smiled, "15 should be the proper age for drinking" he said laughing

Akira laughed "True but anyway less chatter more drinking before these get warm" She said picking up a glass

The king laughed, "Faeler! Your girlfriend is totally right!" He said taking a gulp of mead, Faeler chuckled and took a sip of his own glass

Akira laughed with a bright smile before gulping down a large portion of her drink "Damn I still can't get over how good ya'lls mead is" She said taking another sip

The king smiled, "of course, we make the best of the stuff" he said clearly bragging, Faeler chuckled and playfully pushed his father over "stop bragging!" He laughed,

"I agree with that!" She said raising her glass slightly before laughing at the two. It kind of made her upset about how she and her father couldn't get along that well but it was hidden behind her laughter and smile as she just took another huge gulp of mead
