Sage shook his head and squeezed the girl lightly. "It's not your fault," he murmured. "Things happen sometimes. You haven't been feeling great...it just wasn't a good time." They were devastated, but they had to move on, too.

Aria nodded and hugged Sage tightly before slowly getting up and walking to the shower. The hopped into the warm water and sighed. She was heartbroken. The girl washed up before getting dried off. She got a flowy yellow and white dress on, and walked outside. She sat in the grass, letting the wind blow through her long brown hair. This helped her calm down without her emotions getting in the way.

(I was thinking Aria and Sage could of course try for another baby, but it could be a boy this time? It's really up to you!) Edited at May 9, 2023 03:56 PM by Brookfield Stables

(that's fine with me, a son might be cute for sage) Sage watched the girl pad into the bathroom and sighed, debating whether to follow her or not. He wasn't used to being loved or loving...should he go comfort her or did she need some time alone? He didn't know, but eventually he just closed his eyes and rolled over onto his side, staring blankly out the window. Their child was dead. It was hard to imagine.... but so painful all the same. But he couldn't let himself break down, aria needed him, right?

(yeah I agree haha) Aria stayed in the tall grass. Being outside soothed her. She needed Sage. She wanted to be with him, and have him to hold when she needed him most. The girl brought her knees to her chest and sighed.

Sage sort of kept staring out the window, curled up in a little ball on the bed. He dimly noticed aria to outside, and after a moment, he sighed and crawled out of the bed and to the girl. He flopped down next to her.

Aria noticed Sage come over next to her. She scooted closer to him and laid her head on his shoulder. The girl closed her eyes, trying to calm herself down. Being with Sage helped. It always did.

Sage wrapped an arm around the girl, glad he was able to help. He needed comfort too, but right now he just wanted to help Aria. He was used to pain...he could handle it, right? He hoped so.

Aria looked over and Sage and managed a slight smile. She sighed. "Thank you." She whispered. Sage always supported her, helped her through hard times. He was just always there for her, and she loved that about him.

Sage have the girl a small smile and nodded. "That's what I'm here for," he hummed lightly. He was glad to help the girl...it made him feel a bit better.
