Maxine gave a small nod "Yeah but how easy is that actually gonna be with a baby around?" She pointed out "Especially since there's no way in hell I'm letting you do all the work yourself..." She chuckled raising a brow at him as she made herself something to eat. "Well... I guess my dad could help..." She thought... she'd forgotten he was back in her life as she sat back down at the table just in time to see Charlie munching on the head of the little deer plushie her grandfather had gotten her. |

Sage thought for a moment and shrugged. "If I use powers it'll be perfectly safe, and will go pretty fast," he mused. Then he huffed out a breath and gave Max a look, though of course he adored the girl. "You already work most days, Max. I can build another wing to the house," he chuckled. In all honesty, doing it himself would be easiest, mainly because then he could use super speed and fly and do things he couldn't do if her father was here. "I'd be more tired at the end of the day since I'm using more supernatural energy...but it wouldn't change too much," he assured the girl. |

Maxine thought for a moment and gave a nod "Alright... well go check out the house for my dad... and then unless we fall totally in love with the place you can expand this one... sound good?" She asked tipping her head before she nodded "I sometimes forget were demons..." She chuckled before nodding and giving him a smile before she ate her meal. |

Sage chuckled and nodded, more than content with that plan. "Sounds fine to me," he chirped. Then he chuckled and pecked Max on the cheek before going to rescue Charlie's toy. "It takes some getting used to.' |

The young women chuckled and thought for a moment "If you are going to build onto the house... I have one request... 2 bedrooms instead of one." She smiled watching as Sage picked up Charlie's toy. Charlie was already so big and she was only a month old... she couldn't help but hope and look to the future a future where they had a daughter and a son to love. She nodded in agreement "It does take getting used to..." She admitted. |

Sage smiled at the girl and Gabe her a thumbs up. "Fine with me," he chuckled. Then he cocked his head curiously. "You still want another one? Even after almost dying with Charlie?" He knew Charlie was a special case and Max would most likely be fine, but if she wasn't, he wasn't sure he could ever forgive himself. Last time was harder than he could say....of course he would love a son, but he didn't want to risk his wife's life just so he could have a son. If she wanted another child, then of course he'd give one to her happily, he just worried. |

Maxine smiled and nodded "Yeah... not anytime soon but down the line... I would." she admitted looking at him "I've been thinking about it a lot... I know you're worried but everything that happened with Charlie keep in mind everything was sped up and I was still 100% human... I'm part demon now remember?" she reminded him "I don't want another baby just yet but after finding out at the wedding Travis and Hailey were going to have another one I dunno I guess it gave me baby fever despite having our own." she chuckled looking at him "I've always wanted at least two I decided that when I was little." she chuckled "I grew up as an only child so I had nobody to play with... If I had kids I always wanted at least two so they'd have eachother to play with." she smiled "Of course they'll have us too but still." |

Sage nodded and shrugged. "It makes sense. Guess I never wanted siblings because my family sucked," he thought out loud. "I'm fine with it, and only because I know what happened with Charlie won't happen again. But if something does happen, I'm putting the limit on two kids," he told Max. He'd love another one, no matter the gender (though a son would be nice). But he also knew there were so many complications....and he'd gathered so many souls of women who'd died in labor, it scared him...probably more than Max. Though, if they were going to have another one, he had to admit that keeping them around the same age would be nice. |

"Yeah." she smiled kissing his forehead "I get that... my family kinda did too... not as bad as yours of course but I always wished I had an older or younger sibling to play with." she shrugged before she gave a smile "Deal" she told him as she finished her meal "I know its scary... I am terrified... but it won't be the same as last time... and i'm stronger now then I was before... and I hopefully won't be having the baby before my body is ready..." she pointed out with a smile. |

Sage smiled over at the girl and nodded. "I know. I just worry. I want you to be happy and healthy and for you to stay pretty, but somehow you manage to only stay with the last one," he complained, though in a fond way, wrapping his arms around her waist from behind and resting his head on her shoulder so he could press a kiss to her cheek. She was stubborn...and somehow got involved in whatever fight he was in...though she was still pretty, even covered in blood or sweat. And, well, she was pretty gosh-darn cute, too. And hot...really, she had him hooked, and she knew it. But he was more than happy to be with her, and she knew that too. |
