Laurel had nearly fell asleep during the massage, her muscles effectively turned to putty. She hummed lazily and nodded to Julie's words as she slowly sat up. She began to get dressed again, her body more relaxed than it had been in a long time. Once she was clothed, Laurel went back to the main room to join Julie.

Laurel just sat back and relaxed again, her mind free of any worry for once thanks to the relaxation of the day. As she sat in the styling chair, she looked at Julie in the mirror. "Just a trim would be nice, thank you." She was sure her hair needed it, though she always had tried taking good care of her hair.

Laurel sat still, only moving when she needed to until the end of her treatment. Then, she got up and took the bag of products from Julie with a sweet smile. She couldn't help herself and gave the woman a small hug before stepping back. "Thank you for everything today, tips and all. It was nice having someone to talk to," she told her, wanting to be sure that she thanked her properly before leaving.

Laurel thanked her again before leaving the salon. She'd have a few hours to prepare herself for Luca and to do anything else she needed, which was nice. For the time being, she decided to go to the local coffee shop near by to grab a coffee and something small to eat before going home.

Later on, Laurel went home and got ready for work, putting on her uniform once more. She touched up her hair and perfume before slipping on her coat and heading for HQ. She arrived at around 8:50 this time, having took her time as long as she could without being too early. She was prepared with everything Julie had told her, but she still felt that familiar pounding in her chest as she entered the building and took her coat off once more, hanging it where it had been hung the previous night before going to greet Aria and head up to see Luca.
