Elijah smiled holding her close

Dakota stands there, eyes closed, up against Elijah. "I love you." She breathes, kissing him.

"I love you too" he says kissing her back.

Dakota sighs and gets out, drying off. She puts on some volleyball shorts and a tank-top, climbing into bed. "Wanna do some reining tomorrow? Secret wants to hang out with Whisper." She joked, pulling him with her onto the bed. She climbed on top of him and kissed his neck. She wrapped her arms around his neck and put her legs on either side of him. "Night, handsome." She muttered before falling asleep.

Elijah laughs, "sure, Whisper misses Secret as well" he says climbing in the bed. He cuddles her as he closes his eyes. "Goodnight"

The next morning, Dakota woke up excited. She quickly climbed off of Elijah, changing her shorts for a pair of flare jeans. She then changed her shirt for black t-shirt and sweatshirt. She kissed Elijah as he got up, popping some pancakes in the microwave and putting on her boots. She had a sparkle in her eye, grabbing the pancakes and placing them on a paper towel. "C'mon, Eli." She said, kissing him.

Elijah kissed Dakota back, pulling on a flannel and jeans before following her out the door. "You're excited today" he commented

"I want to show you a barrel run. Also, I was going to enter in the nearby rodeo this weekend. Think it's a good idea? Top barrel prize is 50K." She said, walking out of the building and to the hollow tree. She clipped Secret's leadrope on and led her to the cross-ties, brushing her out. Dakota finished grooming her squirreland tacked up in her gaming tack. She hopped on, and went to meet Elijah in the covered arena.

Elijah nods, "I believe you can do it, Love. You should definately try" he tells her as he led Whisper to the crossties and tacked him up. "What would you do with the money if you won?" he asks curiously

"I would most likely put it in savings for our future house. Y'know, the one we're getting once we're done in college. Also, could you set up a barrel while I set up the other 2?" She asked, jogging then loping Secret around the edge of the well-lit arena.
