Katana threw her weight into her speed. Then again, her weight wasn't MUCH- she was one of the fastest barrel racers in the country. She lived for speed. Kat whinnied as she darted ahead, then slowed slightly and reared up near Phantom, splashing the other horse.

Frynn grinned as Adrien splashed her. "Still not fair. What can I do, light a campfire?" She chuckled, attempting to splash him again. Probably wouldn't work though. Her blue, sparkling gaze flew to the horses as they, well, horseplayed.

Adrien giggled. He felt way more at home in the water, he whistled and got Phantoms attention.

"Come on girl!" He called to her, running the opposite way. Phantom whinnied, reared and then chased after him, she got a bit further in front of him, and he grinned. Adrien used the water to boost him up and he plopped onto Phantoms back, throwing his hands into the air and laughing,

"Whoo!" He yelled victoriously. Phantom threw her head and slowed to a prance, prancing in a cire as Adrien laughed. Both were soaked fully, Adrien hair dripped with water and Phantoms braided many and dapple coat was shining with water. Phantom had her eelars perked and was prancing happily, throwing her head as Adrien was seated on her back, laughing at basically everything at the moment.

Frynn was enjoying herself for the first time in a long time. Although she didn't love the cold feeling of the water lapping against her skin, she was just happy to be here, to feel more free, to not feel like she had to hide her real self. Just her, the horses, and Adrien- who obviously wasn't the type to judge her for being crazy, because he was laughing so hard she was almost worried about him. Frynn grinned widely and stood from the water, using Telekenesis to grab a small ball of water and chuck it at Adrien and Phantom with a laugh. Her black hair seemed to sparkle with the water droplets in it, and for once she wasn't self-concious about her appearance or the way her drenched clothes clung to her slim body. Frynn grabbed Katana's mane and swung back up, her dark eyes twinkling joyously. Kat's coat was full of water as well, making it darker and absolutely beautiful. Honestly, Frynn liked water more than fire, in some ways. Everyone could touch water, but only she could touch fire. In a way that made her a little sad- she'd never get to share the warm feeling she felt when the fire crept through her fingers. And no one would want to go near her because most people just thought fire destroyed everything. Maybe Adrien thought that too. It wasn't true- fire brought new life to everything it touched, in a way. Frynn sighed as she stilled, gazing up at the moon that had risen above the small lake, glinting off of the water.

Frynn's gaze blurred slightly as she thought about the events of the day. Since she was immersed in the stars, she didn't hear the bird- until Adrien's emotions spiked. She sat up with a sharp breath, his words slicing through her mind as she turned quickly, glimpsing the man through the trees. Her heart jumped into her throat and she gripped at Katana's mane as the mare launched forward, Galloping at first before slowing to a canter so Adrien and Phantom could catch up. Why was that guy following them? She needed to get her tack! And she was sopping wet- she just hoped Kat didn't trip. Frynn would go flying off. The mare's back was slippery. As Adrien and Phantom cantered up beside them, Frynn's eyes widened slightly in the trademark look of shock as her clothes and hair immediately dried and Katana's coat dried as well. So that was another thing he could do. She was feeling a bit weak at this point. "It is. The heat source of his body is the same." She answered quietly, her eyes seeming to glow as she glanced back. Of course the man couldn't catch up- he was on foot. She could sense his heat a ways back, more near the lake. "Why. Why is he bothering." Frynn whispered lowly, her fists turning white as she gripped Kat's mane tightly.

Adrien nodded quickly.

"You dry enough?" He asked, a bit louder over the hoofbeats. Phantom then reared and pulled to a stop.

-Someone's up ahead!-

She whinnied loudly, rearing again as she turned around. Adrien cursed and gulped, welp, here goes nothing. He blinked and his left eye turned fully black, he could now see everyone's shadows, even the trees. The whispering was overwhelming but he tried to focus it down. Then, the trees began whispering directions. He saw Frynn had stopped as well and called to her. He was having a hard time speaking with all of the shadows whispering, so he hoped she could tell. He then had Phantom turn toward a small, barely visible path and start cantering down it, they didn't know where they were going, but the shadows knew. Adrien and Phantom followed them and soon emerged into a large clearing, with an... unknown barn in the middle. Adrien felt utterly drained from all the voices. He was just holding on and whispering directions to Phantom now. She soon stopped when the shadows told him the stalker had gone looking elsewhere. Adrien blinked and the voices stopped, Adrien sat still, hands over his ears as he tried to get the ringing, from all the voices to stop. he hoped Frynn had followed him.

Frynn nodded, her eyes flitting back anxiously. When Phantom slid to a stop, Katana threw her head up and did as well. Frynn somehow kept her balance, her eyes slightly wide at the mare's words. Her eyes glowed again with a fiery red blaze as she glanced back, seeing the heat source of someone. Another heat source behind them. Her heartbeat quickened. Her eyes lost their glow as she looked at Adrien- his left eye was completely black. What power was that? It must be some sort of dark.. night... shadow power maybe? She hadn't noticed it, at least that much, yet. When he called to her, she urged Kat forward, following closely behind him. He looked like he was in pain. What was he doing? Was.. were his powers like her Telepathy? Where everything clamored in at once? She tentatively opened her brain to the places around. It was a clash of noise. Animals, trees, anything living, it all stormed in. Frynn shut her eyes for a second and fought to block it back out. She focused on the path they were quickly cantering down. Her eyes darkened slightly again as they came into a clearing with a barn. She quickly twisted around and her eyes glowed red again as she scanned the forest. No one. No heat signatures big enough to be human. She let out a breath of relief and let her eyes go back to normal, looking at Adrien. "Are you okay?" She asked quietly, moving Kat closer.

Adrien didn't answer, still covering his ears and trying to get the ringing to stop.

-He's overstimulated, Dear, give him a moment.-

Phantom whinnied quietly to Frynn and Katana, she laid down on the ground and Adrien slid off her back, sitting on the ground. It was easier to ground himself- on the actual ground. Adrien sat there for a long time, just trying to get his ears to stop ringing. Adrien soon heard the ringing quiet down and he stood, taking a small shaky breath. he looked around and saw Frynn and Katana, his eye was its normal green again.

"Oh thank the Gods you followed."

He sighed in relief. He then turned back to the seemingly abandoned barn. He wanted to go look... was that stupid? Probably. Was he gonna do it anyway? ... also probably. He patted Phantom's shoulder and pulled himself up onto her back.

"Come on girl... I wanna see what this place is."

He murmured.

-... Adrien, I love you, really, but you're stupid sometimes.-

She huffed, pawing at the ground. Adrien grinned,

"Yeah. I know. I can walk though-"

He was cut off by Phantom starting to move, she was walking toward the barn.

-Oh absolutely not.-

She snorted in annoyance. Adrien looked back at Frynn and Katana.

"You guys don't have to come, but stay safe over there."

He told them, not knowing if they'd follow, or what.
