He tried to put on a poker face but was clearly teasing. "I can't tell if I want to joust you again. I'm pretty sure you were about to get me really square had our lances not touched." He was slightly intimidated by her. "I'd hope not. Would be disappointed if you weren't in the arena." He smiled a bit.

"Meh, most people either really want to joust me, or dread it more than life itself. Er, Kaden, excuse me." She joked, standing. "I look forward to seeing you there, though. You know your way to your hotel?"

He grinned slightly. "Felix looks forward to the opportunity." He wiggled an eyebrow. He nodded slightly, fidgeting with the jar now in his hands. "I believe so. Good to meet the man- or woman behind the helmet." He said playfully and turned on his heels.

It was a cooler, breezy day in Paris. Beautiful. Clear. Bright. The perfect jousting day, especially for Kitty. She was sitting calmly outside the stable, polishing a stark black baroque saddle.

He glanced up at the sky, a lovely morning before the jousting started. He glanced around the barn before he walked in completely. He glanced around the stalls for a moment, spotting Grimm. She was here. He was a bit excited. He walked out to the other door of the barn, she probably wouldn't be far since the event started soon. He peeked out and spotted her. He smiled faintly. "You're a terrible hider." He said, walking up to her. He took his bandana off for the moment.

Her gaze flicked up as she heard his voice, her face lighting up. "Well, Hello to you too." She smiled, abandoning her saddle gently and standing. "Looks like your face got fixed, huh?" She teased, looking at his face lightly.
