Andi hummed as she walked along back to her apartment, she knew it'd be faster if she called a uber but she didn't trust them especially after her first experience with them. She looked behind her noticing Tyler was following "Y'know you can go now right... I don't need to be 'protected' here, I know this route like that back of my hand by now" She did air quotes around protected, she got up at the edge of the sidewalk balancing on it putting one foot in front of the other. She was barely even half way to the apartment so she had to at least do something so she wasn't bored out of her mind

Tyler glanced at her, letting out a small laugh that he immediately regretting, grabbing his side with a wince. "I mean, I would love To leave, but I physically can't." He snorted, just limping along as fast as he could. He considered trying to fly again... but that would hurt a lot, and he didn't exactly want Andi to see wings just sprout out of his back as he launched himself into the air and flew away looking like a drunk pigeon. Not the best image. Tyler walked as fast he could without falling over, only following Andi because he only knew the way back from her apartment.

Andi took a quick look back seeing him limping made her a bit worried "I bet you just can't wait to get away from me" She said sarcastically, she looked both ways crossing the street, they were getting closer to her apartment now maybe more than halfway there. She glanced back again to see he was still limping, sighing she regretted being a compassionate person "When we reach my apartment I'm taking a look at his wound of yours... Whatever your doing is just not working." Andi turned walking backwards she said this sternly "There will be no if, ands, or buts about it. I'm checking that wound out whether you like it or not" She turned back around fast slowly her pace down a little so Tyler was struggling as much to keep up

Tyler sighed, his eyes losing their sparkle in the moonlight. He listened to what she said, opening his mouth to say 'if and or but'. "I- don't think that is the best idea." Tyler said carefully. "Also, just adding, I didn't not say 'if' 'and' or 'but' in that sentence, so you technically can't get mad." His face twisted into a small smile, though he still was slightly mystified. Why would she... want to help him... especially when she had literally said he was much more like a demon. "Plus it's on my side/stomach so..." he snorted.

Andi rolled her eyes smiling a bit "You are correct I can't get mad at you. But trust me I've dealt with wounds before there's barely anything that I don't know how to treat..." She rubbed her arms remembering all the times she had to stitch or bandage herself back up after one of her dad's out bursts of rage. She shuddered a bit before glancing back "Don't care where it is I'm still looking at it. Just stop trying to make excuses" She turned down a street, this street lead down to her apartment, Andi let out a sigh of relief -Thank god were almost there- She picked her pace back up wanting to get changed into something comfortable quickly

Tyler closed his eyes for a moment. Obviously, even 'demons' had feelings. He echoed a silent groan, picking up his pace to keep up with Andi. Tyler wasn't exactly looking forward to this... but a small part of his mind said this was very good. 1) Andi actually is trying to help him which means she doesn't entirely hate him 2) Now he doesn't have to go to a doctor... if she looks it over maybe it will start healing and he can go back to his normal self. Then Tyler remembered... ouch. The angels are either going to be very mad at him, or laughing their heads off that he accepted help... from a women... that he was guarding. Tyler bet he could hear the roar of laughter from all the way down here.

Finally they both reached her apartment taking the elevator up she opened the door with the key. She let out a sigh of relief "Feels good to finally be home..." She closed the door after letting Tyler walk in, saying "Make yourself comfortable, Imma go get changed real fast." She walked over to her room petting Jasper as he ran up to her. Andi walked into her room closing the door, she quickly changed putting a baggy light blue shirt on and black leggings. She put her hair up in a sloppy bun and washed all the makeup off that had been caked onto her face. All her freckles appeared on her face again like stars appearing back at night time. She walked back out to the main area looking at Tyler "Ight you ready there demon?" Andi said this as she went into a cabnet in her kitching pulling out some medical supplies

Tyler dreaded this for two reasons. 1) ... He felt super weird. 2) This would hurt... then again, it might not hurt as bad as flying with a dagger wound in his side. He sighed and kept his mouth shut, walking into the apartment. He stayed standing, though, not knowing if he should sit or not. He was more comfortable standing for now, anyway. Tyler glanced up as Andi came back out. "As ready as I'll ever be." He snorted, his dark eyes flashing for a second. He guessed he really was just a demon now. Then again, being associated with the stupid angels wasn't the best thing either

Andi pointed at the kitchen counter "Come sit" It'd be better for him to sit up there since the wound would be right around her height level so could take a good look at it. She gathered together whatever she needed gauze, needle, thread, medical glue, alchohal wips, etc. Basically anything she knew sheld need to treat a wound.

Tyler let out a slow breath that almost sounded more like a growl. He went and sat where instructed, wondering what she would even do. Tyler did not open his mouth though, knowing he would say something that either upset her or was very rude. She was helping him... even if he didn't exactly like it. He also wondered how bad the wound really was... it must not have hit any major organs because he was still alive. Yes, angels/demons could die... but only because he was himself. None of the other special angels could die, but of course he could.
