Mari smiled lightly to the boy when his head rested on her, and sort of ran her nose up his spine and into his hair. She chuckled lightly before sort of moving to peck his cheek. "Already tuckered out?" She asked with an amused kind of chuckle, though her voice was soft and in truth she wasn't too concerned. While one hand sort of massaged his hair, the other kind of ran along his back, just alert of tracing the small lumps and bumps along his upper shoulders.

Sage sort of hummed lightly before chuckling and pecking her shoulder lightly. "That entirely depends on what you're gonna do next," he joked lightly. "I'm old, remember," he giggled, really just messing around. Once they caught their breath they could go on, if they really wanted to. It was a good idea....it had been a while since anything intimate had happened between them, and after their argument it was probably a good idea to just love each other a bit. He sort of rested there for a while, just e joying her lightly touches, before moving to get up and tug her along. "Let's go to the bed," he half whined. There was more room there, and...well ....it was their room. Their bed. It was just different, he supposed. Plus, there was always the chance of Silas or Liz coming out to get a drink or something at night, so it would definitely be safer up there.

Mari pouted at him before giving a small huff. "I suppose we'll see," she chuckled softly. In truth, she didn't really care what happened next... she just wanted to spend a bit of time with him. She'd been neglecting him recently, and she knew that, so... why not just relax for a while. Just enjoy each others company. "Ugh, I'm married to an old man," she huffed dramatically, a small chuckle escaping her as he tugged her along. It didn't take long for them to stumble up the stairs, and they made it to their room fairly quickly. An idea popped into her head, though, and soon enough she gave bit of a chuckle as they wandered through the door, and sort of turned to pull him back before sort of pushing him against it playfully. She pressed a few light kisses to his lips before just sort of grinning at him and a sort of childish manner.

Sage snorted in amusement in response to her comment, rolling his eyes slightly as he tugged her along. "You've been fairly happy with this old man so far though," he teased her lightly. He let out a slight squeak when she'd swing him around and pressed him against the door, though he wasted no time in kissing her back and grabbing her hips, tugging her a bit closer. "And I am married to a child," he huffed when he caught her playful look on her face. Of course, he'd quite enjoyed their night so far, and he definitely didn't mind the position he was in, so he sort of just grinned dumbly at her, quite content to stay there for a bit if she didn't move them.

Mari gave a bit of a grin at him when he tugged her in, and sort of rested her hands on his chest happily. "You're an alright old man, I suppose," she teased before pecking his lips again, she then pouted up at him and gave a jokey kind of upset look. "And you love this child, so deal with it," she mused to him with a bit of a chuckle, before kind of going back to press a few teasingly light kisses to his lips. She was probably a bit too lively for her age, still... she could admit that... but she couldn't really see too much of an issue with it, if she was going to be honest.

Sage chuckled lightly in response to her comment. "Good, becasue you're stuck with me for a while yet," he mused lightly, humming happily when she moved to peck his lips again. He snickered in response to her next comment, pecking the side of her head and then grinning down at her. "Maybe I do," he msued. "But what do I get out of the relationship," he pretended to muse. Really, he was spoiled rotten, just like theri kids....but he could tease. They were playign around a bit right then....it might get more serious later on, but for now.....he was more than happy to just play about for a bit. It was nice to just be with her.

Mari huffed out a breath before pecking his nose lightly. "I suppose it's not too awful to be stuck with you..." she teased lightly before going to press a happy kiss to his lips. She then frowned at him and gave a sort of playful huff of air. "You get everything out of this relationship! You have two wonderful children and a gorgeous wife who does nothing but dote on you," she teased lightly, kind of leaning into him playfully. "You have a nice house, with too much land to know what to do with, and food and water," she went on in a tone that was sort of playfully scolding him for even asking such a question.

Sage chuckled lightly in response to her comments, snorting lightly in amusement when she fake chided him for his earlier question. "I supposed I do have it pretty great," he pretended to muse. Then he gasped in mock offense. "I made a living for us out of that land," he half yelped. "I do too know what to do with it,x he giggled, pecking her lips again lightly. He had to admit, it was very nice to just joke around for a while. Relaxing. Even if they were up late ...they'd slept in today, so it really wouldn't matter all that much. He didn't think so, at least.

Mari smiled softly to him before kind of going to press a deeper kiss to his lips. "You have it amazing, you really do," she teased him playfully before sort of looking out the window. "Yeah, well, you're really very lucky that I found all this land, huh? And that despite my slight dislike for the horses that I'm happy for you to still have them," she mused, rolling her eyes slightly. Of course, she was just joking, and she did kind of find it quite funny. She grinned at his peck and sort of slipped her arms around his neck to pull him in for another few playful pecks.

Sage chuckled lightly and hummed with a nod. "You found it," he asked with a raised eyebrow and a chuckle. "As it were, I believe we were both looking through the papers together when we saw it," he noted with amusement. He gave her a grin in response to her comment about the horses and chuckled. "I think the only reason you agreed to them was the fact that we needed some kind of income," he teased her lightly, but shut up once she started kissing him again, wrapping his arms around her waist to tug her in more, a grin still plastered on his face.
