Mari just sort of stared at him and grinned at his blush, clearly just feeling happy to see him a little bit flustered for the first time in weeks. Not red with anger... but he just seemed happy. She pecked his lips again before cocking her head and sort of walking her fingers up his chest. "You're getting attention now," she murmured softly to him before then pouting. "Is what I'm giving you not enough?!" She teased to him before flopping her head down on his shoulder and moving to slip her arms around his side, really just so happy to have relaxed with him for a little bit.

Sage could tell when she noticed the redness of his face, which admittedly didn't help...in fact, as always, his face decided to brighten even more. Though, she didn't point it out of course. He hummed as if in thought in response to her kiss and then comment, fully aware of the way her fingers danced up his chest. "I dunno," he pretended to muse, eyes glittering happily. "Shouldn't you be figuring that out by now," he teased her lightly, really not at all caring what she did. And she probably would know it, too. He wrapped his arms around her happily when she dropped back on him though, a happy grin lingering on his face. He did enjoy times like these....where they could just mess around as they pleased, when it was quiet and cozy and they wete just together. It was always wonderful.

Mari looked over at him with a small chuckle before shaking her head at him lightly before sort of shrugging. "I dunno... it's been so long since I've had to entertain you I may have just forgotten how you like your attention to be. Maybe you just like cuddles and kiddies, and welll... that's exactly what I'm giving you. So, why are you complaining?" She teased him softly before putting a bit more weigh on his lap and wrapping her arms around him happily.

Sage chuckled slightly in response to her comment, grinning over at her and pressing another kiss to her head. "Maybe it's been so long I've even forgotten what I like," he joked, sort of tilting his head so he could catch her eye, still grinning. "Well if that's all you want to give me why are you still flirting then, hmm," he asked with a cheeky grin and giggle. He was, of course, really only joking around, and she knew that.....but if something else did happen he figured they'd both be up for it. It didn't much matter.

Mari chuckled lightly before sort of shaking her head. "Flirting?" She questioned him lightly before sort of shaking her head, a grin aplitting her face at his little kiss. She pecked his lips happily before sitting up again. "I'm not flirting," she mused to him gently before going to press a few light kisses to his lips. Of course, she was just messing around... she'd missed playing about with him in this sort of way, she supposed. "Maybe you'll like all this flirting though, if you think you've forgotten," she mused lightly to him before sort of coming her head.

Sage sort of hummed lightly and nodded in response to her comment. "Yep. You're most definitely flirting," he chuckled, a grin forming on his face when he felt her lips against his again. He pretended to hum in thought in response to her next comment, cocking his head slightly to match hers. "Maybe I will. I guess we'll just have to find out," he mused lightly, kissing her back at her next peck but greedily taking a little bit more than she'd given him. Maybe it was too greedy....but he figured she wouldn't mind either.

Mari smiled lightly to him before sort of shaking her head. "Am not," she mused, leaning into his kiss happily, a bit surprised that he'd taken a bit more, but grinned into it comfortably. She sort of chuckled before shaking her head, and sort of went to peck his lips again, sort of lingering close to him before pressing a few lighter kisses around his face. She was more than happy just to mess around for a while, anyway... it seemed like forever since they'd even been this close, physically and sort of mentally, so she was more than up to just... play, she supposed.

Sage chuckled lightly when she denied it and he nodded. "Are too," he chirped, more than happy to just play around with her. He felt his grin grow when she kissed him back a bit harder, and hummed happily at her peck and then other losses landing on his face. He sort of just grinned dumbly at her, pecking her on the forehead when he got a chance and then flopping over again so he was half laying on top of her. Just to play around a little bit more.

Mari smiled lightly to him, a bit of a teasing up escaping her at his little kisses. She squeaked a little when he flopped over on her, but gave a grin and moved to press a few deeper kisses to his lips... it just felt so safe here she supposed... it wasn't a bad thing, at all, if anything it had just made her grin harder. She'd been in so many situations, years ago now, that she just hadn't... not with Sage, of course, but she didnt mind being under him, whereas she normally would, sort of. She kind of wrapped her arms around him after a moment and pulled him in playfully, going in for another slightly deeper kiss.

Sage simply grinned and kissed the girl back when she seemed to want more from him. Well, that was more than ok with him, so he moved into a slightly better spot where he could give her back as much as she was giving him. He chuckled after a moment when she sort of just kept at it, moving to get a bit deeper after a minute or so. He sort of just moved to prop himself up with his forearms, pressing his chest against hers firmly enough to press her into the couch a bit. He felt a grin form on his face when she only pulled him in more, tossing his leg over her side so he was sufficiently straddling her. She seemed to want to have some fun this way, so he was ok with that.
