Varys nudged Gale's side again, this time,Gale shifted when the wolf nudged right there.Varys looked at Kayla, whining softly as he looked from her to his side, her to his side. The wolf sat down, eyes fixed on Gale now.

"You're more annoying than me, y'know that?" She muttered, standing and gently tugging Gale's shirt off of him as she looked over his wounds. Most of it was bruising, but there was a deeper gash on his rib along with sweling

Varys walked off, coming back with a jar of something in his mouth. He dropped the jar and nudged it towards Kayla, pawing at the ground. The lable was worn, but readable. PAIN RELIEF The ointment was white and smelled like cloves,in fine print on the botttom it said; *RESULTS VARY*

gn) Kayla turned the jar over in her hands, studying it as though it were the answers to a hard test. "Varys, i'm not taking chances with him." She said, sighing with it turning into a wince
| |
gn) Varys growled, taking the jar and biting the lid, making a hole and prying the lid off eventually. He trotted back into the tent, dropping it by her and snarling at her,but whining and sitting by Gale.

Kayla pushed the wolf's head away and sighed, applying the ointment to Gale
| |
Varys grumbled, heading to the other side of Gale and sitting down. Gale groaned, starting to stir. His eyes fluttered open and he propped a knee up,resting his head against it and shutting his eyes.Gale's jaw was clenched, his breathing slow and slightly ragged but,he was alive for now,and that's all that mattered.

Kayla watched cautiously as he moved before continuing. Once she finished, she looked over at Varys thankfully and sat beside Gale. She took his hand, interlacing their fingers

Varys just bobbed his head, curling up next to Gale and resting his head on his leg. The two had a bond, one that couldn't be broken. Or could it?

Kayla tipped her head back against the tent's wall and sat there, slowly drifting in and out of sleep
