| Fang, You could always steam some of the animals medicine ;) bumble and I both take meloxicam for pain. Albeit I pay $7 for 30 15mg tablets for me and $64 for 30mil of 0.15mg/mil for hers hahah |

| Fang, I've got a herniated disc + pinched nerve, andddd (i know i knowðŸ˜) degeneration on multiple discs in my neck, I also take anti-inflammatories, however, I also take 2 fish pills capsules & 3 turmeric capsules every night, which has also been very very helpful for making my pain more manageable |

| Gren The vets said her surgery went well, they managed to get the whole lump removed. She’s just in recovery now and I’ll hopefully be able to pick her up in a few hours <3 |

| Fang, You’ll be able to listen to me at the end of next year when I graduate haha Yeah any sort of movement can be good :) I’d recommend getting like a resistance band and doing movements specifically for shoulder pain. That’s what I did when I tore my rotator cuff last year and I’ve managed to stay and pain and surgery free |
