Sage looked over at Aria groggily and frowned but nodded. "I'll be right back," he told her, padding out the door with a yawn. He was worried though, so he hustled to bring the doctor back.

Aria sat on the bed with a huff. She thought about their baby and smiled. Caroline would love a new baby brother or sister. The girl hoped everything was alright.

Sahe hoped everything was alright too, but the doctor would know more than he or Aria would. He just wanted Aria to be alright. They got back soon enough, and he cuddled up with her again.

Aria grabbed Sage's hand as the doctor ran some tests. She looked over at him and grinned nervously. "Everything will be alright." She said, hoping she was right.

Sage glanced over at the girl and nodded, tightening his hold on her. He wanted everything to be ok...he really did. He hated seeing her hurting, especially when there want anything he could do about it.

Aria smiled and hummed softly. She was honestly nervous. The doctor came over. He sighed, and explained that Aria had a miscarriage. The girl looked down in shock. She didn't know what to do, other than break down in tears... and that's exactly what happened.

Sage sort of stared at the doctor for a moment before turning to wrap his arms around the girl. He was devastated too...but she needed him, so he sort of just crushed his emotions down and tried to help her.

Aria turned to face Sage. She buried her face against his shoulder. It was hard to accept the fact that their baby had died. She had no emotions other than to just cry. Crying helped her to calm down a bit.

Sage was still a bit shocked, but he held her tightly as the doctor left. It was Upsetting, very upsetting, but they could always have another one. if she was up for it. Their other child wouldn't replace this one, but...they could still give Caroline a sibling. Just not right away.

Aria took deep breaths and calmed down a bit. Her cheeks were stained with tears. The girl knew Sage wanted another baby. "Sorry." She whispered, hoping he was alright. "I-I thought everything would b-be okay." She said with a shaky voice.
