" 'Kay." She said, getting up to make dinner. Once she finished, she served Elijah and went to take care of Ethan as she had the night before. When she came back, she quickly ate her food and took care of her dishes. She went over and sat in Elijah's lap, hugging him around the neck

Elijah ate the pasta, washing his dishes while she put Ethan down for bed. When she returned, he smiles, kissing her. "Love you" he says

"Love you too." She says, kissing him back slowly

Elijah smiles, "Ready for bed?"

She sighs. "Yeah but no." She says, laying her head on his shoulder

Elijah looks at her affectionately, kissing her head. "What do you mean?" he asks gently

"I'm tired, but I want you." She explained

Elijah chuckles, "Do you want this slow and gentle then?" he asks, stroking her arm lovingly.

Dakota nodded sheepishly before kissing him again

Elijah nods, "Then let's go slow" he says kissing her back. He gently slid his hand down to her waist
