"Yeah but that's a 40 horse trailer, you have more than that in there." He noted
| |
| |

"Oh, shit, you right." She stated. "I miscalculated, that's my bad."
| |
| |

"That's fine, we all make mistakes." He noted gently, starting to unload a few horses.

"We'll drop these ones off, have the farmhands put them in quarantine, have the vet out, and come get the others." She stated.

Marco gave her a quizzed look, now realizing how big the land was. "Farmhands? I thought it was just me," He noted
| |
| |

"Other properties of mine." She explained. "It's just you at the farm, but I also own some vet clinics, and some shelters/sanctuaries, for rescues, and legally seized animals, as I have a friend who works in animal control/animal welfare."

Marco looked at her for a moment, dazed. "You'll have to explain everything to me in the truck, apparently it's not clicking for me or something." He mused, hopping in.
| |
| |

"Yeah, of course." She agreed. "Ask me what you want, I'll answer honestly."
| |
| |

"How many places and how many workers do you have?" He asked
| |
| |

"I have twenty properties. Eight are for rescues, rehabilitation, adopting out, and that sort of thing. The others are for breeding, boarding, training, so I don't mix horses and cattle. All of it was abandoned, and neglected since, like, the 18th century, so I had all rights to buy, and I did. I built the barns, the shelters, did and fencing, all by hand." She responded. "As for workers, managing THOSE properties, I have about 250 workers. But I do security systems, are most of those and cattle, breeding wise, are top-notch. And some of them, the animals, aren't even mine, they're just getting boarded or trained there."
