Sage watched his wife interact with their daughter happily. He jumped on the fence, sitting on the top rail, watching the horse walk around in the pasture. Both girls seemed delighted about it all.

Aria smiled as Axel headed towards the lake. "You coming?" Aria asked Sage with a soft chuckle. "Riding sounds like fun to me!" The girl exclaimed happily. Caroline squealed excitedly.

Sage chuckled lightly and nodded, hopping into the pasture his own horse was in and letting out a low whistle. His own stallion, Chaos, came galloping over and Sage slid on his back. They hopped over into the other pen, the tall black stallion clearing the fence easily and trotting up beside Axel. "Riding's always fun," he chirped, clearly excited to be with his horse again.

Aria smiled, setting Caroline in front of her, on Axel's back. The little girl squealed and cooed, grabbing Axel's mane playfully. Aria held on to her and looked over at Sage happily. They trotted around the lake for a while before slowing down to give the horses a quick break. Caroline yawned softly and Aria kissed the top of her head.

Sage was more than happy to trot around for a bit with his family. When they got to the lake, he did notice Caroline's yawn and looked over at Aria. "Why don't we take a break here for a bit," he suggested. It was nice out anyway.

Aria looked over at Sage and nodded weakly. "S...Sure." The girl said, her eyes slowly trying to shut. She yawned and hopped off Axel, holding Caroline in her arms. The baby girl drifted off in her arms and Aria grinned softly a Sage.

Sage nodded and got off Chaos. He walked along beside Aria, making sure she didn't fall over or anything. They lay down next to the lake a moment later, and he was relieved. Nothing bad had happened. "Rest," he urged her gently.

Aria shook her head. "Not out he-" And she drifted off with Caroline next to her side. Axel pawed the ground, wanting them to be safe and in the castle.

Sage chuckled lightly when she fell asleep in the middle of talking. She needed the rest, so he let her sleep. He stayed up, though...nothing was going to happen. Axel was anxious, but he patted the horse reassuringly.

Aria woke up a few minutes later. "I need to go to our bed. I can't sleep." She said with a yawn, trying to get to Axel. Caroline woke up too and started crying. Aria sighed and came to pick her up.
