Caden worked from home that day, awfully tired for no reason.
| |
| |

By the time the sun set, the car was done. She grinned and went to Caden. "It's finished if you wanna try it out" she inormed him with a grin
| |
| |

He was half asleep, jolting upright. "Huh? Wait, you actually fixed it?" Caden asked with a grin, standing and heading out there.
| |
| |

"and did a few upgrades. New exhaust, replaced most of the glass, put new wheels and tires on there, had to replace the battery, paint job, and new head and tail lights." She said, smiling
| |
| |

"Oh damn," He mused, even more eager to head out.
| |
| |

"keys are in the ignition. Have fun, I'm gonna make dinner" she said, gesturing to the car it's a soft smile before turning and heading to the kitchen
| |
| |

Caden grinned, slipping in and absolutely launching it down the driveway.
| |
| |

She smiled at the sound of the car and made chicken alfredo for when he got back
| |
| |

Caden burst through the door when he got back, finding Em and kissing her. "Babe I don't know how you did it, but that car is better than new."
| |
| |

"I'm glad you like it" she said, handing him a plate of food still warm. "I love you"
