"I can't" She whispered as a tear rolled down her cheek

Nathan Croft - Nate wiped her tears away, "Yes you can, baby, its okay, its not your fault,"

"It is" She breathed, closing her eyes

Nathan Croft - Nate shook his head. "No, its not,"

Nathan Croft - "Because she probably would've spooked even if you didn't give her the rein,"

Dakota nodded and opened her eyes. She wanted to block out her thoughts, but they wouldn't let up. Her tears slowly stopped and she tucked her head to his chest, tired. She sighed, knowing that until everything was healed and she was riding again her thoughts wouldn't stop. She also knew the nightmare would haunt her for quite a while if not forever.

Nathan Croft - Nate held her for a bit, before picking her up, gently so he didn't hurt her. "Cmon, lets go see her," he said with a soft smile, walking out to the barn, carrying Dakota.
