(Headed to bed)

Dakota, still holding Ethan, walked over to the bed and laid down with Ethan between his parents. He had stopped crying, and Dakota was slowly drifting in and out of sleep.

Elijah fell back to sleep as well

Dakota woke up the next morning with Ethan awake, but silent and grabbing Elijah's shirt. "No, don't do that Ethan." She muttered, prying his hands off of Elijah and picking him up

Elijah woke, "Morning" he says stretching

"Morning, love." She said, kissing him and walking to the kitchen where Kingston waited for his breakfast. Dakota smiled and patted the dog's head, happy he liked Ethan. She fed Kingston and then nursed Ethan before going into the kitchen and making breakfast, Ethan attempting to help my pulling Dakota's hair and reaching for everything in sight

Elijah smiles, "let me take the rascal so you can focus on cooking. It's probably safer for both you and him" he says taking Ethan from her grasp. "Let's go buddy" he says taking him and going to feed Kingston his breakfast

"Thanks, love." She said, smiling at him and scrambling eggs. She finished with the rest of breakfast and served both her and Elijah before putting Ethan down for a nap

Elijah placed the bowl down and gave Kingston the go ahead

While Ethan was sleeping, Dakota quickly ate her breakfast and cleaned up the kitchen. About an hour later, Ethan woke up and Dakota went to grab him. "Hey little dude." She muttered, scooping him up. "Let's go see Toby." She said, walking to put her boots on and out to the horses

Elijah eats breakfast before following Dakota out. He smiles, putting an arm around her. "I have to show you the video I have of Toby and the others from yesterday when I went to turn them out" he says pulling out his phone. Toby was stealing Whispers food and Secret was neighing as if cheering on his behavior. Whisper nipped at Toby which cause Toby to dramatically fall and roll on the ground.
