Celeste Harlow-Acker - Celeste nodded, deep in thought. "Do you know or remember anything about your mother?" she asked. "I know that your father isn't anyone the Empress would've been worried about, I saw his, your, and Lizzie's files. But there was nothing about your mother,"

Sage frowned and shook his head. "I have her hair....I dimly remember her hair," he thought out loud. "And I can remember dad smashing her head against the floor," he added with a slight wrinkle of his nose. "But that's all." It was odd there was nothing about her in the files. "She was obviously a werewolf," he added, but he just knew that because his father wasn't and he was.

Celeste Harlow-Acker - Celeste winced at his words, which sounded rough to witness at such a young age. "He killed her?" she asked quietly.

Sage hummed with a soft nod. "Got fed up about something...I don't remember much about the agrument," he admitted. "He was always drunk and mad about something," he added with a shake of his head.

Celeste Harlow-Acker - Celeste nodded sadly. "Sage... I'm so sorry you have to witness that. Especially as a child...."

Sage reached over to pat her leg and offer her a soft smile. "Its alright," he noted softly. "It doesn't affect me as much anymore as it used to," he added. "It just reminds me of what to be careful of becoming." If he were to ever become like his father....drinking, gambling, always angry. He had to potential to be incredibly dangerous. He liked to keep that in mind, to keep himself level headed in bad situations.

Celeste Harlow-Acker - Celeste shook her head, "Don't compare yourself to your father. You're nothing like him," she said, giving him a sad look and holding his hand.

Sage hummed softly, hoping she was right. He squeezed her hand and offered her a grin though. "Not with you here to kick my ass if I do something even remotely stupid," he snickered lightly.

Celeste Harlow-Acker - Celeste smiled softly. "Well, yes," she giggled. "But, seriously, you're nothing like your father. You're gonna be a great dad to our babies,"
